Excellent pizza, calzones and subs every time we visit Franks Pizza. I've never been disappointed walking out. I love their pizza crust which is served with a friendly smile.

I always order the same thing, cheesesteak special (mushrooms, green peppers) without onions, lettuce, tomato, or mayo with a side of fries. Always good and hot. Served rather quickly. And, I always ask for a take-out box for fries and always forget them on table...today was no different. Only wish they used Heinz ketchup.
Frank's is a go to place for great grinders and heros. I always enjoy the Italian sub, and ask for extra banana peppers and onions. Lunch specials are the bomb! Pizza is great, too. Reliable, good Italian pizza and sandwiches.
we stopped in for a quick lunch.we surely were not dissapointed! the sandwich i ate was delicous and her calzone was large and very good!! we will be back!!
We ordered delivery from Frank's to our hotel. After about an hour, it arrived. Our veggie pizza came on a thin crust with mushrooms, peppers, onions, broccoli, tomatoes, and black olives. We visit this eatery one or two times a month. Have never been disappointed. Portions are large and prices are reasonable. Staff is friendly anf gets to know the regulars and the offer a senior discount. Just down the road from I-81, exit 150A and worth the visit!
We stopped here on our way through coming home from Orlando. We had no idea what to expect. It had a small hometown feel... More
We were stuck at a hotel in Roanoke on a Sunday night and the only menu at the desk was Franks. The salad was good but the pizza was terrible, no sauce, 8 pieces of pepperoni on a medium, terrible gummy crust. Try the onion rings or anything else but don't try the pizza!
Don't confuse this location (beside Botetourt Athletic Club) with others. They are not all the same! This is widely known as "Franks at Botetourt." They serve consistently wonderful pizza, with great "2 for" specials. It's very much a neighborhood type place - you are likely to run into friends from church, little league, etc. It is on the small side,... More
