My wife and I traveled from Lewes, DE to Onancock, VA to meet our youngest daughter and oldest granddaughter to finally exchange our Christmas gifts. The kids live in Yorktown, VA so Onancock serves as a mid point meeting place. I decided we should try "The Blarney Stone Pub" for lunch. What a pleasant surprise and experience we had. I... More

Very nice Irish pub on the eastern shore of va. There was a nice selection of beers on tap. The coconut shrimp were very good as well as the grilled veggie sandwich. A great place to stop in and relax.

The Pub is a great place for a burger, a full dinner or a drink at the bar. We had dinner there last Saturday night, I had the Sheepshead fish special, absolutely delicious. My wife enjoyed the burger and fries. Being part time residents we go there often. The wait staff and bartenders do a great job. Well worth the... More

We stopped for a happy hour drink before dinner (it was their wine 1/2 price night) at another restaurant and returned the next night for their micro beer night. Such friendly staff and customers. Felt like we were in Ireland again. A real find

There were four of us in our party, and we all ordered something different. I have to say that every single dish was excellent! Great service, warm relaxed atmosphere, and awesome food! Can't wait to go back!

We go here for late lunches on Fridays and have always found the food very good and the staff even better! They always have a new special and the serving size is more than adequate! Prices are not cheap but not too expensive either!

You know you've found someplace special when the waitstaff greets most of the customers at the door by name. This is a place where regulars go, and for good reason. The food was excellent. My wife had the salmon. This is one of very few restaurants where they ask how you'd like your salmon cooked - rare, medium rare, medium,... More

We had a one night stop over in Onancock, VA. We stayed at the Onancock Inn, the owners of the inn recommended 3 locations in town for dinner and all had menus that looked absolutely delicious, but it was a lovely evening and the Blarney Stone offered outdoor seating with live entertainment. We were pleasantly surprised with menus offerings, I... More

Great place to eat! Loved the menu and the food was wonderful with reasonable prices. Service was good and staff friendly...it was always busy and the place is a tad small, however, we never had a problem finding seating and this place is worth waiting for a table.
