We went for a family meal here at lunchtime on December 19th 2021. Our table of 7 was very well looked after by Jordan our server who was chatty and really new the menu well. We had our order ready for when we arrived so all we had to order onthe day was drinks.
This was my first itme in the new Horsham restaurent after eating a few times in the old one on North Parade. Its clear the minute you walk in the door here that a lot of money has been spent fitting the new restaurent out and it is the wild west on steroids when you walk in the door. THe food came out quick and the Burgers/Steaks/Ribs that we had were spot on really tasty. The deserts we had were amazing too.
I really felt for the staff to day as thanks to the Omicron hysteria whipped up by the medical morons and President Chris Whitty a several large bookings had cancelled but there was still a good vibe here. I cant wait to eat here again and would do so every day if my waistline would allow me to

our booking was at 6:30pm last night and when we got there at 6:30 our table wasnt ready so we waited for 20 mins and then eventually got sat down at 6:50pm (we got free drinks, so that was a bonus especially having a £9 cocktail free )and then we got to the table and it took another 10-15 mins to just have the waitress come and say hello and then we ordered everything, drinks, starters and mains. The food eventually arrived after being on the service pass for ages. we could see the kitchen and watched the food. The food came warm but tasty and the desserts were to die for. The service was terrible and i don't think we will go back again for a long time.

I went here after work one evening at around 5pm to pick up a takeaway.
I called up about 15 minutes before I made my to the restaurant .
I was waiting in the entrance for about 10 minutes being ignored by all members of staff working like headless chickens as it was super busy.
I do like Smith and Western food now and then but it is very expensive and the parking at the new restaurant is 5 minute walk away unlike before.

We've been twice as a family in the last few weeks for our children's birthdays.
The setting is great and the it's obvious why the kids love going there. Servers also very friendly and polite.
Unfortunately the food is not consistent. Both times we have been to the Horsham branch, we have had to send back something, ironically both from my wife's plate. The first time it was a corn cob which was fridge cold and last night it was a burger bun which was semi frozen.
Considering the cost, and the fact that we are not talking about haute cuisine, I'm not sure what goes on in the kitchen that means these sort of basic mistakes are made.
This is definately a restaurant that you would choose for the setting rather than the food.
We'll head to Smith and Western again for one of our children's birthdays I'm sure, but it won't be to the Horsham branch. We had 1 very good meal in the branch at Tilgate Park so will head there instead.

We had lunch here today to celebrate two birthdays. The food was amazing and the staff serving us were lovely and really cheerful. The restaurant is really well decorated and has a great atmosphere. It was so nice to go out for a meal where they make you feel really welcome. 5 stars from us.

Went with a friend for brunch today, did not realise we could only stay at table for 1.5 hours. Felt rushed and even though we wanted more drinks felt they would rather we took our custom elsewhere and were told “breakfast had now finished”.
We went on a recommendation but will go elsewhere for brunch in future as there are so many other places!

Just had a fabulous 3 course meal here, we where taken care of by Calvin and Mollie and they couldn’t of been better. Food was delicious and service was impeccable. I had fajitas and my friend had burritos, served piping hot and tasted amazing. We had a slightly less than satisfactory experience last time so it was nice to come back and be so well looked after. Thank you to the lovely staff and chefs 😀

Out for a friends birthday
Slow service - chicken dinner was sent back as was freezing cold
Asked 3 times for the music to be turned down as we were under a speaker. Was told every time it gets turned down, someone turns it back up.
Food is really Harvester quality so quite overpriced for what it is.

Regarding the volume our floor team are not allowed to change the volume as it's controlled by head office as we strive to have an equal cowboy atmosphere across all sites. Pleasantly surprised at the lunch menu offering , offers good value and choice.
£12 for a substantial main and drink (beer, wine or refill sodas) £15 if you want 2 courses.
Rib starter was bigger than I expected, really nice pulled pork roll. Paid extra for the onion rings that were spot on.
Service good and they have done out the new place really well.
What could be better: skin on fries, wipes to clean hands after having ribs.

Our daughter had her 13th birthday bash with six friends tonight. First time in the new relocated establishment. The atmosphere was amazing, a reel buzz about the place, all the staff were fab and only happy to help (thank you Molly). The children all liked their meals and thought they were of good value.
The highlight was the bringing out of the birthday cake to the usual “belly buster” chimes and the whole area where we sat sang “Happy Birthday”, our daughter was quite taken aback.
All in all 10/10 for food, cleanliness, value for money, atmosphere and staff - congratulations. As Arnie says “I’ll be back”

i booked a table for 6:30pm and we had to wait 30minuets for a table (so gave our table away basically) for then wait 15 minuets to order food. we then also had to wait an hour! for the sh**test smith and western food ever!!! the ribs were dry with hardly any sauce and the chips were very stale! they were clearly understaffed and and not a very good plan on which tables they are looking after. will not be returning anytime soon!

Having not visited for a while, we found the food to be very poor and overpriced. Sadly I had to send back my burger which was burnt and dry. The coleslaw had been put under the warmer so was congealed. My husband had the ribs and they were not worthy of their £20 price tag! Thankfully the waitress on the night did an amazing job at rectifying the issues, but it is unlikely we will visit any time soon.

Sadly the quality of the food ordered was poor, under cooked, cold and tasteless.
The management here need to review their kitchen and breakfast menu rapidly or they will get terrible reviews and lose all their loyal customers .
The staff here are awesome and it’s normally a great atmosphere to eat in but unfortunately lots of tables were complaining about their meals and no one goes out to have a bad time.
Fingers crossed the cooking problems will be sorted soon and quality cooked food will return.

We popped in recently for brunch and while the place was nicely themed (if the wild west is your thing !) and the staff super helpful, it was the food which let it down.
I had the baked egg hash, which was nice in size but was not particularly flavourful. I had a side of ranch beans which I expected to be served in a smoky BBQ sauce, but were just plain old baked beans. Strangely it seemed a whole lot cheaper to build your own breakfast from the side dishes than it was to order one of the dishes from the menu itself so left feeling a bit underwhelmed and ripped off

We went as a family treat for our ten yr old. He has the larger children’s menu. His meal was not only delicious but also great value as it came with unlimited drinks and a dessert.
All our meals were very good and value for money. The staff were very friendly and went that extra mile to make our dining experience fun and special.
Not keen on my metal tray with paper that my meal was served on.
