We sat outside on the cute lit patio and had great drinks! The waiters were nice and the atmosphere was great.

We've been here twice-once for a meal and another time just for a beer on the patio. The restaurant is a little historic house and it's just adorable. Both times the service was good and prompt. We appreciate their eclectic beer selection. Our favorite part is sitting out on the patio by the fire pit, enjoying a tasty craft beer.
We were so pleased to find the Cock and Bowl, a Belgian restaurant in Occoquan. They have one of the best beer menus in NoVA and if you go when the weather is warm there is a nice little place to sit and drink while you fill yourself full of their delicious fries (pommes). Get it - that was a pun. This place has everything...but doesn't quite deliver the knockout punch it should. The mussels were good - not great... The beer selection was wide...but they were out of much of the seasonal options. The atmosphere was quaint (upstairs) and strange (downstairs). It felt like it could have been so much more. I called ahead of time... More

We ordered a charcuterie board , pate maison ( chicken liver pâté ) for appetizers and both were excellent . I ordered the Provençal mussels ,... More
There were lots of mussels in the mussel bowl and the baguette was good, but the prices were high. The wine was mediocre, but the biggest concern was that what was listed on the menu bore little resemblance to what you get. I ordered mussels Provençal, with wine and tomato sauce, garlic, and black olives. What I got was a... More
First time here, came on a recommendation from some friends. Well worth the trip, mussels were great and a nice big portion. Beer selection is extensive and something I am sure everyone will like. I was a nice day and we sat outside on the patio people watching. Also, good value for your money which is important. I would return... More
