Sangria cava + tapas (tortilla, pimientos de padron, anchovis, fried squid) was so good we had to order another round. This is the place to eat tapas in Fornalutx.

As tourists come to Fornalutx they make the easy choice of stopping at the central square and this tourist trap that doesnøt seem to bother anymore about the quality of food. Premade and boring. Service tired. Not recommendable except for coffee.

We stayed in Fornalutx for over a week and visited this bar/restaurant many times. On our first morning we had coffee and the waitress was very friendly and directed us to the supermarket to buy ensaimadas which we could eat at our table. And then we ended up here every evening before dinner for a few drinks - the staff... More

One of the accursed things about travelling with young children is routine. So, if dinner is at 5pm so that bed can be at 7pm then in Spain your chances of sticking to that routine and dining well of an evening are pretty slim as non of the kitchens open until your little cherubs and cherubims are tucked up in... Fantastic atmosphere on the charming placa. Try the ham and local brandy Suau or one of the cocails. Very friendly staff!

Great location is the only good thing I can say. We stopped here for brunch. The chicken croquettes were reminiscent of deep fried Matteson's spreading pate, the bocadillo dry and the waffle no better than the generic supermarket offering. With three drinks the bill came to over €40. Appalling. Avoid.

Nice place at a nice location! In the middle of Fornalutx at a silent and cosy place with silent and calm atmosphere.

Cafe Sa Placa has a great location on the village square of Fornalutx. The owner and his Asian companion are fairly quick and responsive with their service. We enjoyed a decent lunch of various Tapas and good quality coffee. Prices relatively high but not outrageous.
