Superb meal, superb service, by far the best restaurant in Quarteira. The place to go for vegetarians, if you don't want an "Indian" from Vilamoura.

Welcomed by Joao (John) who has developed some interesting dishes as he does to all those going to O'Arco. It really is not to be missed by anyone visiting The Algarve. One tip if you enjoy fine wine with an excellent meal is to hire a taxi. This was a repeat visit by us and we found it to be... More

Arrived - Just about, Hard to find but well worth the visit just like the first time I was here. The manager is very attentive and informative and my meal with included a prawn starter and a roast lamb was excellent and well enjoyed. Wine list is extensive and well worth a visit if you are in the area

We were met by Juain, who warmly welcomed us and then told us the restaurant was not quite open yet (we were early). He recommended a bar to have a quiet drink. Off we went laughing and had a drink... More

Sole pan fried is only to die for with a prawn starter and for the Lady Goat's cheese (wow) and Beef bourgrougne was extremely acceptable . Oh the desert --- great... More
