We have known Mirko for many years and followed him as he's had several places in this part of Umbria over the years. Our lunch yesterday, there were 9 of us, was VERY special. We started with an excellent antipasta. Way above anyone's expectations. As were the various second courses people selected.

I ate here last summer, the food was amazing. I recommend this restaurant to anyone. Very nice ambience food was good but I felt like i was rushed while eating my dinner. Thank to Mirko!

This superb Italian restaurant was turning people away on a Tuesday night which tells you about its popularity. The menu is well thought out and has some unusual items. My smoked goose breast was wonderful as was the octopus soup. Fine local wines and great service make this a terrific place to visit if you are in Umbria. Remember to... More

I have known Mirko's and Patrizio's fare for several years and have always enjoyed Dagamo, although have recently believed that their menu needed sprucing up. This seems to have been done because I have just now dined two nights running there with friends and both experiences were excellent. From the amuse-bouche through to the superb millefoglie dessert, via his exquisite... More

A good place to eat on a warm summer's evening as there is a large open terrace one floor above street level. The summer menu is a little limited but the quality of the food is very good. Be warned that the portions are on the large side. Overall, a restaurant offering quality food, good service and good value.

Our tour group was taken there one night for a set meal and some of us liked it so much we went back the next night to explore the menu - which is saying something as it was a Monday and the patrone opened up specially for us! Good local wines too to wash down the excellent mixed starters and... More

I have eaten at Dagamo many times, and although a couple times it was not up to snuff, it is generally an exquisite experience in fine dining. That is not to say that it is stuffy haute cuisine, neither the food nor the atmosphere, but an elegant comfortable ambiance (not that 'rustic-per-force' decor) with food that is carefully selected for... We first went to this restaurant about 10 years ago. It has changed hands and styles a few times in that period, but it has recently come back, this time in to the competent hands of Patrizio, the chef, and Mirko, your host. Comfortable and airy in decor, Mirko adds a professional and friendly face to the experience. The menu... More
