Great location on the Calzada- street and off street seating. Great food and great deals on Tuesdays for tacos. Definitely recommend stopping by to eat!

You can get sensory overload walking down the Main Street with about 75% of the dining options in Granada Centro. The appeal was the many vegetarian options. While they do have seating in front of the restaurant where all the action is, we sat inside...More

Such a relaxing and comfortable place. The courtyard is peaceful and relaxing - a great place to escape the heat. The awesome food made it a perfect experience. The waiter was friendly and helpful. The beer was cold.

Great 2 for 1 happy hour choices. Tostones were delicioso. Cubano sandwich and Caprese sandwich both a little dry.

We really enjoyed the comfortable ambiance, open air seating, and especially the good food. Parking was easy and the restaurant is a good jump off to walk around to other sites, or vise-versa. We fed a family of four for ~$50.00 (C$1623).

Every plate here is awesome. Friendly service and staff. We eat here every time we pass through Granada and always start with the fish tacos. They have Erdmanns beer too! Love it.

We stopped by here twice for drinks and appetizers and were not disappointed. It's right on the Calzada and not far from the central park. The staff was friendly and the drinks were cold!

This was another great meal in Granada. I had a more traditional Nica meal, while my girls had quesadillas. Be sure to order the cheesecake if they have any left. Delicious!

The service at Nectar was the best part of the experience but the food is incredible as well. Beer is ice cold. The location is wonderful with both outdoor and indoor seating on the pedestrian only street down to the waterfront. Very close to the...More

Description
Nectar Restaurant & Bar is located on Calle La Calzada, a pedestrian-friendly street in the heart of Granada's historic colonial downtown. Located only 1/2 block East (towards the Lake) of Parque Central & the main Cathedral, our street-side dining offers up the best people watching around while our beautiful covered courtyard provides some peaceful respite from Granada's hustle and bustle. We've got you covered for whatever mood your in. We delight in offering a menu featuring some traditional Nicaraguan fare (Enchiladas, Tostones con Queso, Ropa Vieja and more), wonderful organic salads, tasty ceviche, fish tacos, burritos & homemade desserts, including Cheesecake, Flan de Coco and our world famous Lava Cake. ALL of our rum cocktails are made with Nicaraguan Flor de Cana rum, never the cheap stuff. We also offer up some local Craft Beer, made available by our friends at La Portena in San Juan Del Sur as well as Campo Brew Co. out of Tola. We source all our products locally and shop daily to ensure we have the freshest of the fresh. And perhaps most importantly, our staff is the real thing-- warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. Hard-working Nicaraguan hospitality at its very best! Be sure to check out our 2x1 Happy Hour from 3-6 Daily or stop by and enjoy our below zero beer. Perfect for those hot Granada days!
