From reading many reviews, we went to this cafe in Rishikesh. However, except the view everything turned out to be pathetic. We ordered enchiladas and it was without any gravy and tasteless. To get that it took more than one hour. Service was also very...bad, waiters behaved as if they were doing a favor on us to serve the food. Visit this place only if you have six hours for any meal and also love for tasteless food.More

Went there in the evening, it looked like a dungeon, too dark and too much crowd .The kitchen looked in bad shape, people seeing food didn't follow any hygienic method.

The place has positive vibes, beautiful view, good crowd and above all good food. The staff was also courteous...... A must visit if you like international food and are a vegetarian....

I pretty much lived in this cafe during my 4 months in Rishikesh. The momos are the best in town and come with soup that's dead tasty. They serve a range of Indian and international food, all great and very reasonably priced. The yaks cheese...sandwich is their signature dish. The staff are top lads and even made whole-wheat momos for me while I was on a panchakarma detox. Best views in town too.More

They have a lot of different options on the menu. It seemed like they were trying to attract a lot of foreigners, and it worked. I ordered a green juice with avocado toast, something that I hadn't really found throughout the rest of India. The...juice wasn't too cold but overall it was fine and satisfying. It wasn't anything special, but it was a refreshing meal after walking around in the summer heat.More

#LATEPOST PLEASE DON'T VENTURE OUT UNTILL & UNLESS IT'S REQUIRED - STAY INDOORS & KEEP YOURSELF & EVERYONE AROUND YOU #SAFE 🙏 #LittleBudhhaCafe is a pretty popular destination for any tourist (specially foreigners) visiting #Laxmanjhula for it's wide array of various global cuisines (strictly vegetarian...though) and for the breathtaking view of the Ganges and Rishikesh town.. Unfortunately, I dropped in during evening hence missed the morning view but it was still beautiful.. Service was pathetic and prices were on the higher side.. Didn't have much of an appetite for food (was tired of veg dishes actually 😅) hence just relished on the following: #YaaraChocolate: I have no clue why they call it Yaara but it's basically hot chocolate with Nutella - run of the mill stuff - nothing extraordinary.. #JumboChocolateBall: Now, this one was the real deal - I had heard rave reviews about this dessert and being a chocoholic - had to try this out and thank god I did - outstanding chocolate dessert - it was pure #chocogasm - try the one served with icecream - adds on to the overall flavour.. My humble two cents: #VISIT only for the morning view of the Ganges and ofcourse for Jumbo Chocolate Ball with Icecream.. #RishikeshDiaries 🕺 Journey of an Epicurean Cine Trotter continues.. 👣 Thank you all for being a part of our Facebook family - Kolkata Food Trotters - please #LIKE & #FOLLOW our #PAGE as well - Kolkata Food Trotters ❤️More

We had been trekking in the Himalayas for a month, prior to arriving in Rishakesh. I was so looking forward to some laid back time on the Ganga and indulging in some rest and relaxation. The little Buddha has been a reliable place over the...years and it continues to deliver. My raw salad and lassie were delicious and fresh! the staff is always welcoming and friendly and so are the patrons... I stayed a while enjoying the views and chats, then ordered a banana nutella pancake and coffee to complete an awesome lunch...More

I'm a solo indian traveller. I visited because my French friend told it's nice. First I had to sit in a corner because it was flocked with people. The place was shabby and my table was beside kitchen, unclean. 25 mins they couldn't provide me...even the menu card, even after asking twice. They didn't even bother to ask once what I want and kept on serving the foreigners. I get it you receive fund from foreigners that does not mean you forget to even greet Indians in their own country. Apparently they wanted me to buzz off so I left after 30 minutes because they didn't give me the menu card still. I've never felt so insulted in any restaurants ever, not even a roadside restaurant. Whatever food you serve, etiquettes are more important. Would suggest all Indian travelers to visit other places. Tat cafe is one of the best, though they are slow they will take care of your needs whether you are white or Indian. Feeling humiliated in own country for being Indian is worst feeling. This Cafe made my mood off. I had to visit tat to be happy again. Disgusting.More

Do have an open mind when ordering from the cafes/restaurants as at times they have their version... ask if you must. Menu selection will be the same for most restaurants too and ALL VEGETARIAN. This cafe has a good view... More
