This is a well-known restaurant ideally located near the Ram Jhula Bridge. It's clean but a bit stark and the menu is fairly standard regional Indian fare. Tasty and reasonably-priced however.
Chotiwala is a very famous name across the Ganges river. Except for the ambiance, we could not enjoy anything. Slow service, mediocre food and a lack of enthusiasm among the crew members were few reasons that caused the disappointment. Good on paper.... reality?

Quick, no fuss, many options, value for money eatery. Food is fresh and tea was excellent. i went once for lunch and once for a mid-morning snack. Do visit once.
