Very good food and only about a half a mile away from our hotel. We arrived after dark and we were quite hungry, so it was quite Pleasant to find this place. Husband had eggplant parmesan sub I had Steak and Cheese sub and both were delicious. Dinner cost less than $12.

Doesn't look like much from the road. Looks more like a gas station, but the pizza and sandwiches are really good. Considering the few alternatives in the area, I would rate this higher than some of the overpriced alternatives.

We visiting the restaurant yesterday after hiking all morning at Lake Moomaw. The restaurant was clean and had a nice feel to it. They had an extensive menu, but we stopped for pizza and placed our order with the very friendly waitress. They had a full choice of beers and other beverages. Our pizza arrived in about 10 or 12... The pizza is made to order and fabulous. Very much like Carnival Cruise Line's pizza. Ask for less cheese if you don't love tons of it!

Following a scenic drive to Monterey, Va, we dined at Cucci's for a late lunch. It was after 1:00pm and was not crowded at all. Both my wife and myself ordered the Pizza Turnover (here they are called stromboli). My wife got the Cucci's Special and I ordered the pepperoni, sausage, and mushroom combination. Both were delicious and large enough... More

I ate at Cucci's for lunch and for dinner on Monday, Aug. 29, 2016, in part because almost no other dining options were available. For both meals, I got what Cucci's calls "turnovers" -- calzones, but without ricotta. I got one with spinach and anchovies for lunch, and one with spinach and mushrooms for dinner. Both were decent, and I... More

Just terrible low quality food. Nothing to eat. The salad was a joke. In August with so much vegetables around I ve got a nasty out of the supermarket veggies. Mostly lettuce.

the "oven roasted turkey" sandwich I ordered had thinly sliced "turkey"? roll in it. It was uniformly pale pink, not like real meat, not like oven roasted. The cheese was pressed, square slices of American "cheese"- a processed cheese product, not cheese, I don't know how people eat this crap.

Cucci's Bath County (used to be The Varsity) offers a menu that is very similar to the original Cucci's in Covington VA. The food is average for Italian fare. If you like Southern Italian or Sicilian sauce, you will enjoy this place. If Northern Italian or Italiano Rustica is more to your liking, you will be a bit disappointed.

This is a good option for casual dining in the area. Good pizza and turnovers for diner. Clean and friendly. Convenient location of staying in Warm or Hot Springs.
