Was seated quickly , then waited around 5 mins till a rude person took a drink order . Chips soon arrived then waited 20 mins for a man to come take the order. He was not friendly . Waited 30 mins for the food ....Delivered by same unfriendly person then never saw him again. Sat there , done , waiting . Finally got up and started to leave and they brought my bill . Very very poor service and the place wasn’t even busy .More

The food was less than average, margaritas are over priced. We came in. With a larger group. We sat in separate tables and they still charged us the gratuity as a large party. The steak in my fajitas was dry and didn’t have much taste....I paid 2X for margarita than what I would have paid at another comparable restaurant. Don’t mind paying when the food and drinks are good. But was NOT the case. First and last time. I will never return again!More
We have been visiting Casa Grande for over ten years and it is always good. Great staff, comfortable, and consistently good food.
After reading some of the bad reviews which we have not experienced I hope management corrects the issues. We waited 10 minutes to be seated because the hostess was busy with take out and taking people money that had finished their dinner. We eat here...a couple times a year and the food was very good!More
This restaurant will add extra charges to your visa months after your visit. It has happened to us when the old owners had control and now it's started again. WE WILL NEVER RETURN.
They have a great pina colada served in a hallowed out pineapple and excellent chips and salsa, but the vegetarian options are pretty limited. A few combos had a cheese burrito (which the waiter told me had only cheese in it, no beans, which is...super curious), so I got the bean burrito and a bean tostadas which were both filled with re-fried pinto beans and basically came with a small sprinkle of lettuce on the tostado. Maybe it would have been better to get the taco salad or a veggie fajita....More
Decent Mexican at reasonable prices. Fresh ingredients evident. Fine array of lunch specials to fit time and money budgets.
We went as a group (7) and the meal, especially mine, was so bad - I would have openly complained but did not want to embarrass my daughter's friends - I wanted to sent my food back with my complaint: huevos rancheros - what I...received was two overcooked eggs with hard yolks, disgusting, watery refried beans and dry rice. When I asked a waitress where the tortilla/sauce was for the meal, she looked at me and shrugged. The meal was basically inedible. I checked in with my son-in-law, who loves Mexican food, who said he would never go back. The waiter delivered our food and then we never saw him again! The huevos were $6.99 - I would have loved to refuse to pay the bill, but again did not want to embarrass the table of new friends. DON'T GO HERE - there are many good Mexican restaurants to patronize - this place DOESN'T CARE about its food or customers.More
This was my first time visiting Casa Grande, and i'm not to sure how many other times i'm going to visit. The service was good, our waiter was tentative and very polite, he made me feel very welcome. We ordered, what i believe was, the...deluxe fajitas for 2. Which comes with every meat that is offered on the tacos. The flavors were good and it was very filling. I wasn't too fond of the guacamole that they had, but it was ok for putting on my fajita. They have TV's all over the place and every TV was playing the same thing, would have been nice to have something different on the TV's but, i wasn't there to watch TV, we were there to eat :) I would come back again, as they were a pretty decent place for Mexican food.More
Meals great. Waitress great. Nothing to complain about at all. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal. THEN they started to clean up. They moved the chairs after cleaning the tables. Put all the chairs up. Swept the floor around us. Mopped around tables. THEN moves the centre...tables all but ours. Bear in mind some still eating. All still drinking and they started to spray the floor with cleaner and mop it!!! Coughing n sputtering we left. Only to be yelled at across the car park that we hadn't paid!!! We had left the money in the folder on the table. Whoever had cleared the table took the money. They owned up once my partner said we had left it. Yes we complained to the girl at the counter. Who was more interested in her mobile phone than taking our complaints!!! As overseas visitors eating out with friends - leaves a nasty impression!!More
Food is excellect but it was the atmosphere that spoiled the occasion. It was clear that as we were coming to the end of our meal (but not the drinks) that we were the only customers left eating in this area of the restaurant. The...staff started putting the cgairs on tables and then sweeping the tiled floor. This was followed by mopping the floor with disinfectant while we were still sat at our table. We felt so uncomfortable that we left without finishing our drinks. To add insult to injury, we had only just left the restaurant when they called us backgrounds, accusing us of not paying the bill!!! The matter was eventually resolved when the waitress said that the bill had been paid. Talk about humiliation. Needless to say we will NOT be returning.More
Nothing terrible but nothing great. They did accommodate our large group, which was nice. The food was good but didn't leave me in a hurry to return.
Each time I have gone it has been quick to go orders to bring back to work. Never had any complaints on it. Just feel that the serving is not always enough.
Beef Taco salad is wonderful! Lunch specials are excellent. Fast and friendly service. Steak Fajitas are great. Fast and hot food....at it's best.
