JASON'S DELI, Chesapeake

I order Breakfast food for 35 people for our Company Awards Ceremony on 02/16/22, I was very disappointed! Every sandwich and wrap on the Sunshine Breakfast platter & the Hot Wrap Breakfast was crushed flat, the bread was stale on the Sunshine Breakfast platter &...the Continental Bakery Tray was old and stale, the Beignets were the worse - almost hard. The only good thing was the fresh fruit & the Flatbread Breakfast Box- but even they were flat & smashed together- you couldn't even tell what was on them. I order a few VEGAN meals, and I'm guessing they don't know the difference in Vegan and Vegetarian, they all had egg on them, so our Vegans felt left out. None of the food was labeled so no one knew what kind of sandwich they were getting (Bacon?, Sausage?, just Egg?) We order food for our company at least 2-3 times a month and we were looking for some place other than what we usually order. I guess we will keep looking for a new place to cater our events, such a shame & quite embarrassing for me to be the one who ask our staff to eat this mess!More

Stale Blue Corn Chips

This was our first time visiting a Jason’s Deli and we were not impressed overall. The sandwiches were good, but the blue corn chips were incredibly stale. It was all just a subpar experience. Probably wouldn’t be a first choice in the future.

Bad service

They used the pandemic as an excuse for not having this and that. They used to have lemons out there for tea drinkers. At other locations, I usually asked them and they gave me from behind the counter. When I asked them here, they looked...at me like I was asking too much. They didn’t even check, right way they said we don’t have it. They didn’t even say sorry. Very rude! I won’t give them another penny!More

We ordered today

We ordered from Jason's Deli today and had a great experience. The delivery was on time and the sandwiches were good. I can personally vouch for the Rueben sandwich. I look forward to patronizing Jason's again

Good Family Restaurant

Everyone gets what they want here. The kids especially like the soft serve ice-cream cones. I just wish they had a kids menu. Soup and Sandwich was a good choice for me and Hubby opted for Chili and Sandwich, both were good.

Quick Family Dinner

Always great food. Usually go for lunch but this time in for dinner. Lights were to bright over booths. Hard to enjoy meal with lights so bright. Even changed tables but still bright. Another customer noticed we moved and made a comment about their bright...light too. Customer service excellent.More

Not bad, not great.

This chain is really popular. It was super crowded when we got there but I can see why. There is a salad bar with lots of fresh decent choices for under 9.00 and free soft serve ice cream. The soup was a downside: it was...so salty it was pretty much inedible. We had the chicken noodle and the spicy gumbo and both were just pure salt. The chain does serve a very addictive mini gingerbread muffin and a unique garlic toast that is, to us, wonderful. It’s not greasy at all, with a subtle flavor and super crisp. The place seemed clean for how busy it was, though some of the staff seemed undertrained.More

Excellent food

After a long day decided to stop in for something to eat and we were not disappointed. We ordered the chicken panini and roast beef with au jus . Both were sooooo good. Highly recommend if you’re in the area

Catered my Wife's Birthday Party

The manager was very helpful in putting together a menu for 30 people, including children. We had a variety of sandwiches, and sides, as well as fruit, cookies and brownies for desert. Also Iced Tea and Lemon Aid. They provided plates, cups, utensils serving trays,...and serving utensils, as well as 2 buckets of ice. Very professional delivery and setup. Everyone was quite impressed with the food. highly recommend Jason's Deli to cater your next party.More
