My daughter recently move to Crozet, Va. and this sandwich shop is on the way to her house. Really fresh ingredients, lots of imagination on putting the sandwiches together.

My wife and I stop by for a sandwich on our frequent trips to Charlottesville. Many choices and always delicious!

This gas station turned market in the Farmington area of Charlottesville is a jewel. Filled with a delicious variety of specialty foods, drinks, and candies, the real strength of this establishment is its wonderful sandwiches, particularly the Ednam and Montpelier. Whenever we are driving through Lynchburg we try to stop there because it is loved by all five family members... More

This is an upscale market/deli hidden behind the facade of a fancy gas station. I was told by a friend and my son that this was a place to get some great deli sandwiches and they were right! I couldn't find a sign anywhere saying it was the Bellair Market, one just has to figure it out from the address.... More

I loved coming one the weekends for sandwiches when I was in college and whenever I drive through Charlottesville, I always save time to stop for a bite to eat. And have gotten my husband hooked as well! You'd never imagine such tasty food coming from a gas station, but don't let that fool you. The only disappointment for me... More

You might be surprised to hear this but Bellair Market has the best sandwiches in town and they are quick and easy. Great to grab on the go and quite filling too.

Every single time I am in here it is packed to the gills. The french bread is just so amazing. Inside is almost unable to be written about. Like the chicken and the egg, what came first? the bread or the sandwich? Belmont, Birdwood, Farmington...all just delightful. I wish every place i have lived had a sandwich shop that I... More

The Bellair Market surprisingly had a lot to offer. I enjoyed The Jefferson sandwich. The side dishes looked wonderful, especially the Giganto Bean salad. I've never seen butter beans as large as the ones in their salad. They also had freshly baked goods from a local bakery and gourmet candy.

This gas-station market is a pleasant resource. I had heard rumors about this market through friends in the community and even an article about hidden restaurants in Virginia, and this is surely one. Having sandwiches as their main delicacy, that are named for locations in the area, there is a variety in the options to choose from. I myself can... More

We came here for a quick lunch, and were happy with the experience. It took a little while to order with a long line, but after ordering the sandwiches came out well. There were many options, but everybody enjoyed their sandwiches. Lots of unique combinations that you might not think would work, but each came out very well! Lots of... More
