Good beer, good food. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. You're searching for good pub door and a pint in Charlottesville, put this on your list.

We stayed next to the Pub, so no walking was required. They have a pub style menu, but the sandwiches we had were very good. We had 2 different beers, and both were good.

We were on a vacation passing thru the area and found these guys on the old interweb. Couldn't decide on a beer so we ordered the flight of their 12 beers. They were all fantastic-still had a hard time picking only one(so had a couple).Food variety was unique so we all ordered something different so we could share. Again very... More

I like quinoa and black beans so I went out on a limb and ordered the veggie burger even though I'm not vegetarian. The waiter warned me that it tends to crumble - which it did but it was delish! The boyfriend had the brat on rye. Using local suppliers offers a freshness not often found in a cookie cutter... More

We stopped in here on the way to Williamsburg, and what a great spot! We had a fantastic server, the food was delicious and servings were huge! I had a delicious local cider, we had no wait, and will visit again!

This is upscale pub grub. There is parking across the street and the ambience is positive. It's a good place for lunch and I imagine it's fine for dinner as well.

Short walk from the pedestrian mall in downtown. Great selection of beers. Enjoyed a flight of their own beers. Great weekly specials. Food fantastic. Highly recommend.

Nice décor, and away from campus. Great beer selection, and a decent selection of wine. Generous portions, and great staff.

Found this through the AAA book and it was a good pick for lunch. If you are into breweries you would also enjoy it here. Prices were reasonable and the food was good. Location is one block from the downtown so easy walk there. Parking is available on the street or in several parking lots across from the restaurant.
