I ordered a Large Pepperoni Pizza with extra Cheese & Fries. Order was ready when I arrived and the staff seemed very friendly. I will definitely return for in-house dining as well as carryout. The pizza was really good and the fries were crisp and...hot.More

My wife, 19-month-old son, and I stopped here for a quick bite on our way up the backroads in the pouring rain and terrible visibility. We could not have been made to feel more welcomed and enjoyed the friendliest service ever. TJ was our waiter;...he and the others just doted on our little one, who was being a bit rambunctious. TJ even went next door to the gas station and bought him a small stuffed animal. (Where in the world could you expect that?!) The food was delicious--we had the mozza sticks, sausage and pepper sub, and cheeseburger. TJ made a pot of coffee to help us warm up. We enjoyed tiramisu afterward because we didn't want to leave yet. We travel the route a few times a year and plan on making Pino's a regular stop. Thank you, TJ and everyone!More

A delightful surprise about 50 miles north of Richmond hidden off the main road. Delectable food in the style of Sicilian and New Jersey Italian - this high high praise!! We had spaghetti and meat sauce, tortellini Alfredo and eggplant parm. All delicious and copious....Well worth the stop and our frequent trip between NC and Baltimore.l and our new go-to place!! Friendly efficient service. An unexpected gem.More

My wife and I had lunch here earlier today — solid option for the BG - AP Hill area. The restaurant is adjacent to a Shell gas station, and it looks a little tired from the parking lot. The interior isn’t much better. Here’s where...it gets better: first class service and good food.. My wife had a turkey sub and fries, and I had a small speciality pizza - we left both full and satisfied. There was a mix up on my order, and the manager took care of it as soon as she realized the mistake. When we got the check, we saw that she took 20% off my order - I didn’t ask for it, wasn’t expecting it, but was impressed by her gesture. We’ll be back...More

Great food even better customer service! Really good lunch specials. Portions are large enough that 2 could eat for one.

I admit, I’m a regular customer at Pinots. It’s a small quaint little restaurant. Tucked in between a Pizza Hut and a gas station but it’s oh so very good! It went through a change of management about four months ago and the service and...the food have all gotten very much better. Serving sizes are generous & provided quickly with a smile. I wife is a diehard fan of their pizzas. I love their Stromboli, baked spaghetti and fettuccine Alfredo.More

Food here is always great. We love it and the price is excellent. Never had anything I didn't love. The lunch special I had was panni-egg and spinach and a bowl of ministroni soup.My friend had salad and the same panni. Dressing was homemade and...service was quick and pleasant.More

During a quick stop, we ordered a salad, kid's pizza, and two calzones. The servings were easily large enough to share, but the spinach tasted like it came straight out of a can, ruining what otherwise would have been a delicious meal. The service was...exceptional with what felt like authentic concern for the customer's well being. On the other hand, the bathrooms were fairly abysmal. Even the white doors leading into the bathrooms badly needed a quick wash down.More

The prices are reasonable, that's a plus. The food is just average. The luncheon lasagna was not warm all the way through and lacked salt and pepper, but the cheese was plentiful. The garlic knots were a little tough and, again, lacked salt and garlic...flavor. The steak and cheese was good but suffered from poor quality sub roll. When you eat Italian you want to have something that is better than you could have made at home. Using that standard Pino's misses the mark.More
