We come here with some regularity. They have many kinds of tea and coffee. Apart from the espresso milk shake, we have two other favorites: bagels and the SMELL (when they roast coffee).

Mill Mountain coffee is a cute coffee shop just outside the main gate of the Virginia Tech campus. They roast their own beans. They have lots of fun coffee drinks, good looking baked goods, and ice cream. What more could you want.

Mill Mountain is a local coffee shop that also has some food- more like lunch fare. I like the way they serve tea with the kettle.

We stopped in for breakfast on a Sunday. Service was friendly. I had the Rwanda coffee, which was so good I purchased a pound to go. Friendly atmosphere. We will make this a regular stop when in Blacksburg!

there's something charming about this place; love the tea choices and the way it's served in teapots of sorts. We can rarely get a table however, what w/ students sitting at tables for hours, sometimes 1 person spread out at a table for 4. MM lost quite a chunk of change last year when a party of 4 who would... More

This is my favorite coffee shop in town. The roast their own beans right there in the shop. The owner is usually right there with the baristas making it happen

I am not sure what it is about a university town but service is the exception and not the normal way of doing business. Customer service here is also lacking. Perhaps the young folks who work there need a few lessons!. The food and coffee were fine. But the service wasn't very good at all. First of all, most of... More

My husband and I planned a nice getaway weekend for a VT game and visit to his hometown. We support local businesses as much as possible and were excited to stop in for breakfast and coffee based on other reviews. The food was delicious. The coffee selection is amazing. What was so terribly disappointing was the service. I have worked... More

This coffee place has been around for years, but hasn't changed much. It's cozy inside and the staff is super friendly. They have always gotten my order correct, and I've not had one bad experience. It's a neighborhood gem.

Great cup of coffee. Wonderful place to relax and unwind after a long day on campus. Smells wonderful too!
