Go to the Huddle House in Wise. Our experience was not good. Our orders were all wrong, even the people in the booth behind us. The cook fixed plates for herself and the waitress, while we waited for our food and watched them eat! Poor service.

Sited next to the Comfort Inn in Big Stone Gap it provides a convenient place to eat for the weary traveller staying at the hotel. Good variety of food, well cooked and presented by efficient staff and clean services too. Just what you needs after a hard journey.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn that was right next door so eating here was convenient. That being said, their food was also good and the staff was very friendly and helpful! In our group we had pancakes and burgers and all were cooked right and tasted good! Would definitely eat here again!

The present HH started as a Huddle House, then Flipping Egg, back to HH. Thought I would give it a try. Bad idea. Wait staff was good. Food not so lucky. Cook needs to be trained. I got the Mega BLT w/ fries. I thought no way they could make this bad. Lettuce shouldn't have been served to a rabbit.... More

24/7 resturant, good food and a large variety to choose from. Resturant and rest rooms are clean. However, alot of the food is microwaved.

All I got was really bad gas from their really bad food. Cooks need training school. Big Stone Gap should be renamed Big Stone Gas.

I rated this establishment more for their service then their food. The food was average, small portions, over cooked and cold. Our waitress however was really great, attentive and friendly. I would suggest this restaurant for is location and service It is conveniently located in a small town and a stones through away from the Comfort Inn (in the same... More

It is wonderful having our local Huddle House back after not having it for over a year. I have eaten there three times the past week. I had the hamburger with the bacon and cheese and it was delicious. I have also had the chopped steak dinner with baked potato and salad. It was very good. Their coffee is the... More
