Yesterday three friends and I went to Rosemont Manor for tea. It was such a lovely experience! We enjoyed the food as well as the tea, and we took a tour of the mansion, too. I highly recommend this for small groups as well as bigger groups. I will definitely be going back with my daughter and my mom and... More

Three college friends reunioned at Rosemont Manor. Lovely grounds and a welcoming atmosphere. We did not spend the night as one of us lives in Berryville but toured the Manor and loved all the rooms named after Presidents and historical figures discussing which one we would pick were we to stay we were first greeted in the Carraige House and... My husband and I went to tea at Rosemont for his birthday. We had an absolutely wonderful experience. We were thrilled to see how lovingly and beautifully the owners have restored the manor and the grounds. Truly a tribute to the late U.S. Senator Harry F. Byrd, Sr. and all who visited him there.

Arriving Jan 2017 we were able to see the beautiful decorations still up from Christmas and experience a lovely afternoon tea complete with Cucumber Sandwiches, Cheddar-Chive and Bacon Scones, Eggnog Ice Cream and Chocolate Mousse in an edible chocolate cup plus 3 different teas. The historic manor was built in 1811 by the Norris family and has hosted many famous... More

A group of friends and I came here for holiday tea. The décor, holiday decorations and the historical furnishings, was absolutely beautiful! The tea included a tour of the carriage house and the manor. The weather wasn't ideal for a grounds tour. Many presidents have stayed here and even a handful of popular celebrities from the 50s and 60s! The... More

A group of friends arranged for a private tea at Rosemont and we were thrilled. Private teas can be arranged for 10 or more guests. We began with a tour of this beautiful 200 year old home with history given by the owner. He was humorous as well as informed. The chef was then introduced to us and explained her... More

Rosemont Manor is a beautiful historic house. The staff is very attentive. August served us and he was charming, helpful and friendly. There wasn't a lot of food, but it was very tasty and wonderfully presented. After tea we were invited to look through all the unoccupied guest rooms. Each one is beautiful, homey and comfy. A great experience.

We went for the tea. Truly lovely historic setting, well decorated. The teas were 'home-made' and delicious, the tea food was delicious too. There were three servings of different sweets and savory's and three teas to match A lovely place.

From the moment we entered Rosemont's beautiful main lobby area where we were greeted by the gracious staff and given our first tea, we knew we were having a special experience. Biff Genda, Rosemont's owner, gave us a fascinating history of this historic mansion. He is justifiably proud of this wonderful estate and it is a "must see" for history... More

We are so happy to hear you enjoyed our tea -- thank you for the glowing review! I have done "tea" at many other places, but this by far was the nicest. The grounds and home are spectacular and worth visiting in and of themselves. I appreciated the outstanding organization and gracious hospitality offered by the Rosemont Manor owners and staff. The orientation about the property and the tour of downstairs was quite interesting. The home is... More
