Very nice place! Drinks and food were excellent as well as the service. We went on a Wednesday night and the restaurant was full but the service was still fast and we were not rushed. Although it is a brewery, it seems to be very...More

This is a great place in Waterbury. Their beer selection and beers produced on premises are great. The food was very good too, but perhaps a bit pricey for what it was. Overall, you will enjoy the place and the atmosphere. I would go back,...More

This is a must visit if you are in the area! Food and home brews are great! We had the Chopped Pork BBQ and House Burger and a side of fries. They had a sip of sunshine on tap which we are big fans of!

Arrived on a Monday afternoon at 12:30 for lunch, and there was already a wait list. We decided to sit at a high top table in the back by the bar, these seats are first come first serve. This place is awesome. A great food...More

We had a great pulled pork dinner with coleslaw and baked beens. The brewery sits behind the restaurant so can enjoy their local beer. The staff were friendly and attentive.

This restaurant was recommended to us by someone at the Green Mountain Information Center. We were lucky to have gotten a table at the bar s there was a 45 minute wait. While the food was good - brisket sandwiches - I do not think...More

Definitely expect a wait if you come to Prohibition Pig on the weekend, but luckily bar seats turn over pretty fast! I loved the large selection of local beers and the creative food offerings. The hush puppies with honey butter are to die for!

This place is SOOO overrated. It's always crowded. Always a wait. Always so loud it's impossible to hold a conversation. I've been here several times andit's always the same. Do yourself a favor and go around the back to the brewery. It's much more enjoyable.

Was here with a friend and my sister yesterday. We waited for a while. The food was good but portion control. I was still hungry afterwards which is a shame. They gave us the lunch menu and it was 3 in the afternoon. Maybe that...More

Hey Susan, All of our burger patties are 1/4 pound. The 'just a burger' (katsup, mustard, pickles) is $7 and the burger prices go up from there (as do the toppings). All of our sides are $4 per side with the exception of... More
