I understand that this is a ski mountain restaurant, so my expectations weren't set too high. The atmosphere is great, tall ceilings, modern lodge look. There were a couple of small red flags, which were not a big deal, like leaving a stack of menus instead of handing them out, placing water pitchers on the table instead of filling people's... More

Love the look of the restaurant,...but service was terrible. I was looking forward to eating here,...but ended up leaving because no one came to take an order. Waited about 20 mins then left.

We frequent this restaurant often and we just love the new chef! Lots of yummy choices for everyone- even a good selection of gluten free options! They use local products when possible which is always a good thing too!

Get the bahn mi, mixed vegetables or olives. Fries were good but overboard. A bit $$ but excellent w/ good service. Just a little fancier than castle rock pub but worth checking out.

Dinner in ski towns are all the same, and you know what I mean: average fare in a "rustic" setting or its really a bar with burgers on the menu. So Timbers is an overdue change from the ordinary. Right next to Claybrook and the base lodge, fresh interior design, a creative menu, and terrific wine and beer list. Everyone... More

We had lunch here twice over MLK weekend. The service was excellent and prompt, and they put out large carafes of ice water, which is so welcome after a morning of skiing. Highly recommend the Banh Mi sandwich with the 5-spice tofu, and the pickled vegetables. The Kimchi was also delicious and spicy! Fabulous views.

Oh boy, oh my, get excited, get hype, because this place is gonna blow your mind. Let's start with lamb, the best french dish I tried on this land. What can I say about the pork? It's so good, you' ll be licking the fork. But don't forget the dessert, perhaps the best I've had in Vermont. It even had... More

Good meal. Upscale dining in casual atmosphere. Pricey. Menu not expansive. Very nice waitress Molly.

As convenient as Timbers is being at the base of Sugarbush, the menu is extremely limited during the day. There is really nothing healthy to eat on the menu and no sandwiches other than grilled cheese. No hot coffee drinks either. I was hoping for an Irish or Mexican coffee but none were shown on the menu. The staff is... More
