Nice night, hard working and friendly served, decent pizza. Pretty good night in a good location and The Islands need this kind of place. Still, understaffed (admittedly there is a lot of that right now in the Covid swirl) and a couple of things that...need attention (most important a loose board right at the top of the accessible ramp that had customers tripping) kept me more at a 3-plus rating. Open to upping it next visit. Will go back.More

We stopped for lunch. the waitstaff was impressive. They really scrambled to get everyone served and satisfied. Because of the pandemic most people sat outside. We sat inside with our service dog. The food was not memorable but the service was!

Because of covid was a different experience. We were able to eat inside as outside tables were reserved. Service was fast and good, servers were pleasant. Prices were decent.

Very friendly wait staff, kid friendly, quick service and good variety of menu. Take out is available.

We were driving the Champlain Islands and were getting hungry. Missed one restaurant we had read about but then came across McKee's Island Pub and Pizza. It looked like a typical by-the-lake eating place. Inside was typical by-the-lake eating establishment. We asked (expecting a have-none)...about their gluten-free entrees, they, to our surprise had many gluten-free entrees. My wife had a non-gluten-free mushroom pizza and I had a gluten-free grilled pasta primavera alfredo. Both were delicious. My wife had the rest of her pizza the next night. Nice friendly place, good food, lots of gluten-free choices, good service, friendly staff. We fully recommend McKee's.More

Stopped in for pizza and beer after a ride back on ferry from Adirondacks. Smelled really good when we walked in and very busy.Found table ,which we had to ask to get it wiped down . After sitting down,that's when the weirdness really set in...A recliner in the corner,animal heads and old farm tools hung on the wall a fireplace that is shoved in the back of the place, a sandwich board and bubble gum machines in the way of the juke box and stove pipes blowing into to the dining room.Dollar store beach balls hung from the ceiling all around the bar and a HUGE wooden shotgun over the bar as well. We were not sure if we were in a episode of the twilight zone or what? Pizza was soggy, crust non existent ,sauce was not as good tasting as it smelled when we walked in,beer was good fair pricing ,just not excited to visit again.More

Great tavern/bar. We had a super waitress who was a joy. Ordered unusual salads and had enough to take most of them home for dinner. The wings were fantastic. Nice and informal, homey feel. Very pleasant and parking for disabled readily available.

We stopped by here after leaving ILM going to Vermont. There was one bartender...I mean she was the bartender/hostess/food runner/busser and what a worker she was! Clearly understaffed but she did her best and kept the positive attitude. We got some ice cold beer and...a very tasty Pizza which is worth going back. Management needs to figure this one out and not let it go downhill and/or show up to assist. 5 stars because your bartender was top notch and your pizza was wonderful. -5 stars for being so understaffed.More

Service was a bit long , the food was wrought the wait. Incredible hamburgers and salads. Nice local pub. We need to go back

Interesting pizza selections and many other food selections. Also full service bar. Good place for families.

Fun pub like restaurant specializing in pizza along with a couple Irish and Italian dishes. Get there early as the place fills up quickly. Service was excellent and food okay for the type of restaurant/bar.
