The best and biggest ice-cream around plus the cheapest. I can never finish a small for $2.00 Their food is great as well. They even have Putine.

Northern Vermont has TONS of cremee places, but this one can't be beat. A "baby" cremee is huge, and the "Hoss" is so large it has to be served in a bowl. They also have great sandwiches. Great seating outside, and very popular with little league groups to adults. Everyone goes here!!

Fries had good flavor but were teeny tiny fingernail sized. Hard to dip in ketchup. Dogs were the least flavorful I've had. No spice or snap. Skip this place.

We didn't eat here, just came for ice cream. Servings are huge and at a great price. The ice cream is very smooth and creamy. Trust me a baby size is big enough. We actually order a half baby for my son. They have vanilla and chocolate and twist available as well as a different flavor each week which can... More

Not the most sanitary place you'd want to frequent, but for a dog and fries it's a typical shop. Prices and serving sizes are a little out of whack, and the wait for food is long.

You will experience some of the very best fries in Vermont at Hoss's Dogg House. Great Food at reasonable prices. Make sure to complete your meal with the Hoss's Creemee. The stand is now closed for the season but will reopen in the Spring.

We are for supporting the local mom and pop places and this was recommended to us for the ice cream. Our family has owned a soft serve stand in the past and we may be a little biased. We found the cones to be extremely oversized and the ice cream "icy" and very cold rather than smooth. Yes, I know... More
