Such a friendly unique down to earth place to go for a beer and lunch. It's a bit off the beaten path but well worth the find. The food is great and the beer more than exceptional. I must recommend their black beer, one of many greats. You will be made to feel at home even if you don't know... More

Enjoyed the atmosphere and the beer but the food was quite good for lunch. Had a BLT that was truly different (pork belly, tomato jam, fresh roll and lettuce). They have a grill outside in the summer that I heard was really good.

Pleasantly surprised by this hard to find spot that was recommended to us by a local in Jeffersonville. We stopped for lunch while traveling from Smugglers Notch to Stowe. You can't see it from the main road so make sure you have very good directions or GPS. It is a small warm and friendly place with just a few nice... More

Stopped here on our way back to Waterbury. The pub space was intimate, warm and the staff was really helpful. Got a flight of beers with our meals which was tasty but not as hoppy as some other great local beers in the area. Lost Nation seems to focus on Saison style beer, so if that's your thing than I... Love the setting and the beer selection. The food is yummy. Even have a dish for a vegetarian. Go here and you won't be disappointed. I plan to go back in the summer to enjoy the beer-garden.

This is a special place! We come every week to sample the house smoked meats/fish, homemade soup of the day, and the fresh sides like the caraway slaw. Although I don't drink, my friends tell me the house ales/IPA/stouts are delicious. In the summer there is a beer garden add-on. Also- it's next to the rail trail so can be... More

Annie (my wife) and I are loyal patron to this wonderful Brewery/eatery. It is a great place for couples and larger groups. The Brew is a tad on the "gentle" side for this old zymergist but it is creativley produced and pairs nicely with the food offerings. I am always satiated and at an affordable price. Try the flight and... More
