Wonderful meal with friends. Service and meal was fantastic. Best pate I have ever tasted. The duck 2 ways was also delicious. Everything was prepared and presented beautifully.

Wonderful menu and great service in a classic New England dining setting. Particularly enjoyed the Duck Two Ways, but heard nothing but good things from others.

We ate there twice, and tried different menu items each time. We'd recommend the scallops very highly, and the Brussels Sprouts salad was also remarkable. Vegetables and herbs were clearly fresh. Lemon basil gelato was very special, as was the maple creme brûlée. David was...More

Extremely welcoming, warm and friendly with delicious food! The sommelier was also very helpful. The food was outstanding! The best pate I have had outside of France! I also had the duck and Creme brûlée, both wonderful! A fabulous evening!

Met friends for dinner who drove up from Southern VT, worth the drive for all of us. I prefer locally sourced ingredients and Jessica's didn't disappoint. We will definitely go back, even if it is an hour drive!

We have had three dinners here and they have all been wonderful. Excellent food, in season and prepared skillfully. The veal scallopini was quite different than I am used to, but it was great. The wine list is good and does not break the bank....More

We got in late, so we didn't want to go far. Fortunately, this restaurant was well-rated for Middlebury, and it lived up to expectations. I had a filet, and others had lobster and veil. We also had a nice cheese plate. All the food was...More

A meal at Jessica's Restaurant is always memorable. The recently updated dining room is a reflection of the casual comfort and style of this New England country inn. Jessica's Restaurant is located in the Swift House Inn in Middlebury, Vermont. Jessica's is just two blocks from downtown Middlebury, set in an 1814 stately home, surrounded by beautiful lawns and gardens. Jessica's casual atmosphere is the perfect place for an dinner for two, or a celebratory dinner for four to forty! Come early and enjoy our bar; Tom, with his more than 30 years of bartending experience, can fix you a cocktail or help you choose the right bottle of wine. We have won the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for our wine list for six straight years! We also have local beers on tap including Switchback, from Southern Vermont; and two brews from Middlebury, Wolaver's Organic India Pale Ale and Otter Creek Seasona.
