The food is incredible and that would still be an understatement. The staff is always accommodating and friendly and the owners Steve and Danielle are wonderful! The Stonecutters Chisel and the Old Old Fashioned are my favorite cocktails on their menu but they are all great. I'll never get sick of this place.

The pizza here is made right in front of you. The oven is in the dining area, a great place to sit in the cold winter days. The pizza is delicious with unusual combinations.

It was a cold day, so it was very nice to be inside. The flatbread pizzas are made in an open stove oven. You can watch what they are cooking and it was nice and toasty in there.

We regularly get pizzas (flatbreads) here. They can get VERY busy on Friday and Saturday nights - so busy that you might not be able to get a table OR order to go! Great wine and beer list, phenomenal salads, and desserts are heavenly. But the best part is that you can get any of their delicious pies on a... More

This is our "go to" casual night out or sometimes just girls' night. The bar is fantastic. For a local vermont bar, they have it going on! Some "big city" choices and innovative cocktails with esoteric ingredients keeps me on my toes. Not just Negronis, but Sazerac's, Sidecars with all sorts of hard to find rum, bourbon, gin, etc... This... More

I moved from New Haven, CT to Vermont several years ago. I know pizza, think Sally's, Frank Pepe's, Modern.....This is good pizza, no, it is great pizza, as good as anything I ate in New Haven. We bring out-of-town friends here when they visit. We come here for a bite to eat when we don't feel like cooking. The full-sevice... More

We ordered the ABC bites as an appetiser and a regular flatbread between two which was more than enough food. You can choose half and half which we did. There was lots of topping and the flavours were really good.

This place was great! My boyfriend took me here because he said this "is what really flatbread is." I was not disappointed. The lovely lady greeted us and welcomed us as if she was welcoming us into her home. The service was great-the food outstanding and there is a cute picnic area just outside where you can sit and recover... More

This was a return visit after we came here on vacation two years ago, so we knew there was a good, but "different" choice of organic pizzas from a wood fired oven and we weren't disappointed. Their apple pie has to be the best anywhere and it was all served by attentive and cheerful waiting staff. Prices are reasonable.

A lively place with good fresh food. The pizza oven is beautiful but not used to its full potential. Perhaps I don't understand their concept for crust but it's a bit cardboard like. Interesting toppings and combinations with fun names. The use of wonderful Vermont cheeses on the pizzas was great. The wine list is peculiar, I think beer would... More

Located in the historic Marble Works district, our front yard features a view of the Otter Creek falls while our back court yard offers dining by the fire circle. An old marble processing plant, our interior has marble walls and high ceilings. We have an open kitchen and the main attraction is our primitive wood-fired oven where we bake your flatbread before your very eyes! Weekly chef's specials highlight the seasonal bounty of our local farmers. Our new bar features 12 taps, fine wines, choice whiskeys and classic cocktails.
