I've always appreciated the creative, fresh and beautifully served plates here. My favorites are the rice and beans; the salads are outrageous (kale and berries) the coffee and tea selections are excellent and there are always GF options and fresh gorgeous tempting baked goods at the counter. Nice atmosphere.

Our reservation was made after peak ski season so the restaurant was not busy. Upon arriving we were offered the choice of a regular table or the "couch table" which we selected (see picture attached). The restaurant is BYOB and there is no corkage fee. My friend's sausage brie appetizer was delicious, but my pickled beet salad dissapointing - the... More

We have visited this town for more than 20 years, always looking for a place to have lunch. We have tried nearly every place in town with results ranging from disappointing to inedible. Ponce is a city in Puerto Rico and so I ordered the rice and beans platter.Wonderful memories of my last visit more than 50 years ago flooded back as... More

My wife and I were in Manchester, VT for a sightseeing day trip and, strictly by chance, stopped at Ponce for lunch. We are so glad we did. Great food and atmosphere, and their prices are very reasonable considering the high quality of the experience. The people there are all very courteous and friendly. The owner even spent a few... It was a cold, snowy night in Manchester. My husband & I were the only customers. Ron, the owner & chef came out to talk to us. He and his server, Analicia, were very friendly and informative. We started with a Seafood gumbo, which had chunks of delicious crab, mussels, and shrimp in a delicious tomato base. I then had... More

We found this place New Years Day. We decided to have lunch here because they were listed online as gluten free. To make a long story short they have gluten free bread for sandwiches and we waited an hour total to be seated and for our sandwiches/salads to arrive. Since when does it take 45 minutes to make a cold... More

We ate here a few years ago and were happy with our experience. However, today's experience was the complete opposite. My husband ordered the chicken noodle soup. It was barely warm, so he asked to have it reheated. It returned to the table only marginally warmer. The temperature of the soup turned out the be only part of the problem... More

As a Wine professional and Sommelier anytime I see a BYOB, I get goosebumps ! My wife and I decided to try Ponce bistro out while on an overnight in Manchester. Very small and intimate this place packs a wallop ! We sat in the "Couch " table and enjoyed great food and a crackling fire. Chef owned, the food... More

I want to like Ponce more than I seem to each time I go. The counter staff are friendly, as are the waitstaff at mealtimes. But the lunch menu, especially, is fairly limited to some salads and cold sandwiches; not much for a warm-food enthusiast. The atmosphere is cozy and quaint, with some quirky seating touches (like a sofa and... More

Service was very slow. It took almost 40 minutes to get a salad and sandwich. It was mediocre at best. Staff was nice but not overly friendly. Too many other good places in Manchester. We won't go back.

Description
At Ponce we specialize in Exquisite Fusion Cuisine. Start the day with a perfect crema latte and flaky French crossaint. By noon the lavendar goat cheese salad beckons, followed by a home brewed cup of chai and our famous chocolate chip cookies. Finally the day is complete over a relaxing candlelight dinner of salmon tarragon bisque and tenderly broiled raspberry chipotle skirt steak, accompanied by a favorite Cabernet that you brought with you.
