Stopped for a quick bite on our way through town. Mom had a bowl of tomato basil Parmesan soup which she said was fantastic. I had a cup of New England Clam chowder - may have been the best I've had! Clams were plentiful, right amount of seasonings. Had a chowder last night at a fancy restaurant near the coast... More

Dropped in for a quick bite before hitting the slopes. Good food for sure but took like 30 minutes to get one order of pancakes, a breakfast sandwich and an omelette. Wasn't busy either (not a weekend, between peak meal hours) So I would say if you want a decent breakfast, go here, just be sure you're not in a... More

This is a down home breakfast and lunch spot that serves healthy portions of all the breakfast favorites at prices you haven't seen since the 70s. I have nothing but great things to say about the food, the service and a vibe that fits perfectly in Vermont.

Fantastic breakfast! What it lacks in space it makes up for in effort. Order the hot cinnamon buns...Incredible! Very busy. Waitstaff was fantastic! Don't hesitate.

Had pancakes, they were good, but the ham was awesome, and the coffee was great . Service was pretty good. Hard to park however

Had breakfast there one morning during a ski trip to Okemo. Egg, bacon and cheese sandwich on an English Muffin was good. Standard breakfast offerings in a small town cafe

Place sounds good but its CASH ONLY! Well that puts a damper on your plans....just letting people know to be prepared with cash.

Had a diner feel, definitely not a romantic spot. Excellent service and food was amazing. We had raspberry pancakes and an omelette. Would go back if I ended up in ludlow again!

I was passing through town and decided to stop for lunch. I'm glad I did. The prices were cheap. Yes, cheap! The food tasted home made. The staff was super friendly. I got the shepards pie special and a slice of apple pie a la mode. Yum!! Just note, they are cash only.
