We arrived in Burlington from Massachusetts. We were staying at Essexs spa. I was so hungry and we wanted to explore before we had to go check in. When we walked in it was very clean and friendly. The music very welcoming as well and at nice level comparative to most Pubs we have been in. We ordered and appetizer... More

This is a convenient location for me. The food is decent Irish/Pub food. Prices are typical for this cuisine, but they nickel and dime you, e.g., $.75 extra for gravy on your fries when you order a hot turkey sandwich. It is a relatively small space. They did move out a pool table and added more seating which makes it... More

Music is not Irish nor Celtic and not for people over 30 in my opinion. I have this basic requirement: If you label yourself an Irish restaurant, then play Irish or Celtic music. Second requirement for an Irish restaurant is that you serve a broad based Irish menu. Most of the food is typically found in a generic restaurant. The... More

Cody's is always consistent. They have great buffalo wings, and some pretty good salads. Their burgers are good (and there are a large variety of them.) Their fries are homemade and very good. Standard pub food.

Cody's is a wonderful, friendly pub to enjoy a leisurely lunch with a good friend or family. The food is consistently above par and the service is great. Everyone treats you like family and there is a sense of comraderie, and Cody's really rocks on St. Patrick's Day.

Cody's is a local pub, that tries to please, but often falls flat. They need to ramp up their flavor profiles of their basic Irish fare of shepherd's pie, Irish stew and the like. The mashed potatoes can be gluey. Besides onion, it's hard to taste much else, with the pie. The stew has too much flour, used as a... More
