Three of us very much enjoyed the Chef's Tasting menu. It was fun to constantly be wondering what dish was going to be brought to our table next. Although it would have been a bit helpful to know in advance just how many courses were coming so we could have paced ourselves better. In total we were brought 4 vegetable... More

Having traveled extensively in Asia and specifically China, I have been leery of eating Asia food - it often is too americanized for me. Single Pebble hits the best of both worlds. In fact, I brought my Chinese friends here - yes I did, I brought chinese to a chinese restaurant in the USA - shear lunacy... But they loved... More

For the most part, the service is sloppy to downright awful, though there have been exceptions. I've been here at least a half dozen times and will go back, so it can't be too bad, right? Well, my husband loves it. I find it quite ordinary, though I would recommend the green beans. On my last visit I ordered shrimp... More

This is not your typical Asian restaurant. A Single Pebble is in a class of its own. Incredible food - so fresh and delicious! There are so many different options on the menu it is hard to decide. Order a number of plates to share - you will not regret it! The dumplings are great and my favorite was the... More

Food here was amazing. We had no idea what to expect when we walked in, sat down and greeted by very friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Best Asian food I ever had. You must make a reservation or you'll have to wait or be lucky like we were to get a table.

I came here on a business dinner in the early Winter of 2016; didn't have my glasses so could not read the menu... so I had to fake it and suggested our clients just order a bunch of things and we went from there. The food was stunning, varied, and came out quick and warm. I can't recommend a single... More

The Single Pebble was the perfect way to end our first day in Burlington. We went hungry and left fully satisfied (however wanting more). My boyfriend and I went for a late dinner and were blown away by the menu options and loved everything we ordered. We ordered several dishes to share and the dumplings were our favorite dish. They... A Gourmet Chinese Restaurant started by a Caucasian Chef who studied the Cuisine for years and then sold it to folks who have kept it exactly the way it was. Courses brought out one or two at a time and put on a lazy susan for all to share. Very unique outside of New York or London size cities.

We went for lunch on my birthday. This is a perfect location for a special occasion meal. Highly recommend the tasting menu which will provide soup, appetizers, several main dishes and dessert. Tea is provided to start. Full bar available which we did not use. Foods are set up on a lazy Susan in the middle of the table and... More

We can't complain about the food, although service was slow last night between plates. I am surprised at how cold and drafty it was inside, especially on outside walls. We told our waitress about the issue. So let's see if management spends a few dollars to seal the cold out and keep the heat in. We'll give it one more... More
