Went here last night and got the big beef burrito. Terrible, tasteless, very bland. Husband got enchiladas, also bad. Would never go back. Of course, I'm from Texas and accustomed to spicy foods.

Called ahead to order takeout. Told we could only get takeout by coming in. Went to the restaurant and waited twenty minutes to order. Told they would not do a takeout order. Told to go to Chubasco’s To Go next door. Went there. Told we...More

I had a buddy introduce me to El Chubasco for the first time and I ordered a combo plate so I could try a bunch of options. Everything was solid in terms of flavor but nothing really stood out to me except for the salsa...More

We had lunch at El Chubasco Mexican Grill, 1890 Bonanza Drive, Park City. I had a Taco Salad which was served in a bowl and premixed before being put in the bowl. Typically, a Taco salad is layered. Having it mixed before being put in...More

Had the combo plate enchilada, tamale and taco. By far the steak taco was the best of the three. They have a nice salsa bar with approximately 15 different Salas’s. Overall good fast food.

Just a small place in a strip mall, but the best selection of tasty salsa I've encountered anywhere. The chips were crisp and thin, just right. The Horchata, which I was told they make (as well as the salsas) was delicious, almost like dessert. The...More

Heads up vegetarians - the rice is made with chicken stock. Obviously a local favorite. The price is right. I didn't enjoy the pinto beans - very bland. The cheese enchiladas were fine. The asada burrito was okay. The atmosphere feels like a Santa Fe...More

What ever happened to this place? We have owned a home in park city for more than 10 years, and this place was a must stop until the change of ownership. It was a jewel even among the very expensive restaurants in Park City. The...More
