Burritos are large enough to share! Be sure to sample the various sauces at the salsa bar. Very friendly staff!

All the reviews that say "amazing!" "wonderful!"- they are lies. This place is just okay... I've had WAY better and would not recommend this place to anyone traveling to Park City. Park City needs to up it's game in the "cheap eats" category. cheap is...More
My brother took us here! He is a Mexican food/salsa conosier and this place is grrrrreat and ever so affordable. RIght in the heart (not Main Street) Park City. The best and largest salsa bar I've been to! Enjoy!
This is a place to go. Wonderful food; large portions; A variety of Mexican treats. They have a sit down restaurant and a to go storefront.
Had the chicken fajitas - mostly peppers and onions - very little chicken. Chips were blah. The salsa bar was also blah - tried 12 different types, none of them made an impression. Would not go again (went with some of the younger generation!)
This Mexican restaurant serves lunch counter food. They have a great selection and an awesome salsa bar. The one downside is there is limited seating when it is too cold to sit outside.

Always busy, but not crowded Chubasco appeals to nearly everyone. Very good food, low prices for a resort area, and a huge menu. Best is the sauce bar with choices from mild to hot. Service is order at the register with food delivered to the...More
Cheap eats are hard to find in Park City, compared to San Francisco. El Chubasco had a good selection of Mexican food for a decent price. We got the Mexican (onions and cilantro) and American (lettuce, tomato, and cheese) tacos, as well as the fish...More
This is another PC place, I return to year after year. Very consistent, authentic, fast and cheap for the area. Close your eyes and throw a dart at the menu - everything is top notch.... be sure to hit the salsa bar and experiment!
