Their signature Bloody Mary with wasabi is fantastic. In fact all the drinks at the bar were great. The mussels and truffle fries were our favorite foods at the bar.

Ride up to the St. Regis bar, you will get a sight you will remember for a long time. Hands down they have the best ginger margaritas around!!! Enjoy your drinks outside on the patio around the fire pit and enjoy the views.

We visited the St. Regis Bar on the second day of our honeymoon. My husband and had the Tuna Tartare and 3 hours later had the worse food poisoning including severe dehydration due to coming from Sea Level. If he was elderly this may have killed him. When I called the next day to let the Bar know of the... More

Sit outside and watch the sun melt over the mountains! The St. Regis has a great outdoor seating area with heaters and a fire pit. They also have the best bloody mary's in the country. I only gave it four stars, because the service can be a bit snotty. Clearly they want to get you to hurry along so they... More

We were given a wonderful tour by the young and superbly polite manager of the St. Regis Grill, who took us through the wine tasting rooms and gave us insight into this splendid resort. His kindness and the tour was one of the highlights of our trip. With shimmering artwork on the walls, everything first class, plus such wonderful service... More

Ride the funicular from the lobby of the St Regis, it's free. The go to the outside terrace bar and try to sit near one of the fires. Plan your visit for sunset. Try the very delicious mixed drinks or if you're on a budget get an $8 beer (haha). The menu on the terrace is light but there is... More

We went hear my wife and I on a night out alone on a ski trip. It has a great ambience, and suprisingly is less a bar than a bistro - plenty of families there. Nice fireplace, patio outside is great, and views of Deer Valley lower mountains stunning. Food was good, very similar menu to next store's menu. Many... More

We loved getting drinks at the St. Regis Deer Valley. You have to stop by for the Champagne Sabering at 5:30pm on the Mountain Terrace! As the sun goes down, a bartender leads everyone onto the patio, where he explains sabering’s origins, then pops the top on a bottle to celebrate the transition from day to night while guests toast... This is a very nice bar. Of course it is over priced, but I guess you pay that for the atmosphere. We got the hamburgers and wings. Both where good but I don't think they where worth $20. The cost of the drinks was high also, $12 for a rum and coke. I bought a fifth of rum for $19.... More

You're going to pay top dollar here, but it is very much worth it to go up the funicular, have the mountain as back drop and amazing drinks!! The fondue is worth a try too.

The St. Regis Bar offers a light menu created by Jean-Georges Culinary Concepts and a variety of specialty cocktails. Honoring a long-standing tradition, each St. Regis hotel creates its own signature Bloody Mary—a variation on the original recipe dating back to 1934 in New York. At The St. Regis Deer Valley, 7452 Mary (a nod to the resort's altitude) is an enticing blend of fine oat-distilled Vodka 7000 from local High West Distillery and a regional salt rim garnished with a Wasabi-Celery foam. Also paying homage to St. Regis tradition, the bar is graced with a commissioned mural. The St. Regis Deer Valley Bar features a triptych reflecting Park City’s history as a silver mining town by artist Phillip Buller.
