Food was great, so was cocktail and dessert! Hey, it was Friday PM, and the place was busy, but we felt rushed to leave. Would come here again, but perhaps later so we could linger more.

Ate here while spending a week skiing in Park City, Utah. Park City, especially the Old Town, can be expensive but considering that Butcher's was fairly reasonable. I had the filet which was cooked perfectly. Service was attentive. The bar area can be crowded after the slopes close. A reservation is probably a good idea.

This place was fantastic...truthfully the best brussel sprouts I've ever eaten. Bone in was top notch as well. Highly recommend this place as an escape from the day skiing.

Butchers' name tells what this place is about: Delicious steaks and sides. Top end steaks do not come cheap of course.

This was a nice place to go after a long day of skiing. It offers a great looking menu of steaks, appetizers, drinks, beers and desserts. I had a great burger, steak and beer and did not spend a lot of money. Would like like to go back.

We stayed in Park City for a month (Feb 2017) and visited Butchers Chophouse about 6 times. The first time was after we landed after a delayed flight into Salt Lake City. We got to Butchers around 11pm, expecting (rightfully) to be turned down for food. Instead we found they had a late night menu and served food until 1am... More

The bar area of this restaurant has a great ambience and vibe. The restaurant itself seemed a little soul less - but the bar area was great. The food was very good. As expected with Park City, it comes with a hefty price tag - but the quality and quantity were exceptional. Will definitely return for a casual night out.

The dining room had a 2 hour wait so we opted to dine in the saloon. The atmosphere was upscale and the food was excellent. I had the short ribs with mash potatoes and a beet salad. The beet salad had red and yellow beers with feta cheese over a bed of Mediterranean lettuce. My husband had the halibut and... More
