I moved out of Utah 5 years ago and every time I come back to visit I have to go to Cafe Rio. It's fresh, quick and delicious! I love the sweet pork salad, burrito and tacos. The Ranch dressing is amazing and I put it on everything I get.

Honestly I love cafe rio and their food, I don't know if it's just the Layton location or if they all are like this. But to try and get a to go order from this place is a complete joke. When we called it took us 4 times to get through, then they put us on hold... we could hear... More

It was late by the time we arrived in town, and were unsure where to get dinner. We were so happy to find Cafe Rio open. Friendly staff and clean restaurant!

Freshly made in front of you and you pick what you want on your item. The fresh flour tortillas an chips are amazing! My family really loves the sweet pork barbacoa salad with the creamy tomatillo dressing, pork burrito and pork quesadilla. The portions are big so we always have a meal for the next day. We eat here at... More

We were visiting our daughter and son in law out at the military base there and he suggested us going to Cafe Rio. We pulled up and saw no line at the restaurant beside them but tons of cars outside. We look inside Cafe Rio's restaurant and it was full of people and there was a line. We stayed and... More

A great place to grab food that is delicious and filling. Get the Pork Barbacoa, enchilada style with extra meat and cheese, well worth the calories! Nice open atmosphere and a chain restaurant that has been good in every state I have tried it.

I like this location well enough, the food is good, service is decent. The garbage cans fill up quick at the dinner hour. One of the curses of popularity I suppose.

This place is poorly designed. The wait for food was about 10 minutes due to the lack of speed by the employees. There were no eating utensils available and we had to ask for them to stock them. We like Cafe Rio usually but will not be back to this one. Very unimpressed.

My wife and I have been eating at cafe rio for years and this one has convinced me to start going to costa vida. My wife ordered a sweet pork burrito and as the worker started to make it he messed up so I stopped him and he corrected his mistake and started making a new burrito. It was partly... More
