I was reluctant to return to this restaurant even though it is just a few miles away and has rave reviews. The first time I ate there was around 2012 and I was very disappointed. I then met the owners at a banquet and even more turned off due to the Chef/owners coldness -he was downright rude in his communications... More

I don't know what has happened this use to be a great place to eat the food was great .but my recent visit was very disappointing, the menu had changed it is a shadow of it's old self. A lot of appetizers are gone inc calamari which I loved, The waiters were busy talking and didn't see our food was... More

As I'm a big Diners Drive Ins and Dives fan I was very excited to stumble upon this place from the recommendation of family. I tried the stuffed mushrooms and cupinno and hope to come back for more! Since I love Bloody Mary's, the "Bloody Best" will be a must at some time as well! You have to see this... More

I went to Chef Point today to treat myself on my birthday. I ended up leaving without ordering a meal. It will be a while before I'll be back. This was my third or fourth visit. I moved to this area 6 months ago and noticed Chef Point on Google Maps. Coworkers raved about the place, and I came as... More

Wasn't quite sure if we were at the right place. Gas pumps and convenient store front threw us for a loop. Absolute best bloody mary I've had in a while. Great little hidden gym.

This used to be my favorite place to eat and I cannot begin to tell you how many out of town guests I've taken or directed there for a great meal and a great experience. We recently had some out of town associates fly down here to attend a meeting and I took them to Chef Pointe. When we got... More

Chased this place down after an internet search for local restaurants that had been featured on TV. A review said a former gas station converted to a restaurant - you can still buy gas there - but cash only. As you enter it looks like you are going into a normal C-Store. A desk/counter to the right and on the... More

My kids moved to the Dallas area over two years ago, and we have been talking about going to this place every time we come into town for a visit. Last Friday we finally made it. Let me start by saying if you didn't have a GPS you would definitely miss it, small sign over door way, however there are... More

I don't think I savor the experience like others do. Pricy food in a blue collar atmosphere. I guess it's supposed to be cool, but I thought it felt overpriced.

We went on a Thursday evening and expected it to be full of people. It was actually not packed at all! We were seated right away. The staff were friendly and kept up with refilling out drinks/clearing out table. The menu has lots of good stuff. A few of the things that are listed on the menu connected to this... More
