A group of us from the Fraternal Department took our boss to eat for Boss's Day. This was the first time I had been to this restaurant and I must say, "it was wonderful" our boss enjoyed his food also. Very nice place.

What a wonderful dinner! The setting was lovely with an elegant atmosphere. The waitstaff was excellent. We had oysters Rockefeller-- not the best I've had but they were okay. My tenderloin filet was so tender it absolutely melted in my mouth. My husband got a ribeye -- delicious! We were very impressed and will definitely be back. The only downside... More

Last visit was very disappointing...... seems like a lot has changed and NOT for the better. Service was below average, it was a challenge to get waited on at all!! Happy Hour specials have gone away and there is no updates. It is still advertised a Happy Hour but there is nothing to it!! What a huge let down. No... More

This is one of Temple's best restaurants. They have great food and serve in a rather formal manner. It can get a little pricey for their excellent steaks, so order accordingly. Order off of the bar menu for price savings.

Went here at the last minute for our anniversary instead of driving to Austin. We had steak and salmon with the wedge salads, lobster bisque and a baked potato. Great service from the staff and the food was great. We definitely enjoyed our meals. We will go back.

If you are looking for a truly elegant restaurant with great food, Cheeves is it. It is expensive, so be prepared. Their specialty is steak, but they have several chicken and seafood dishes that are good, too. Full bar and extensive wine list. It is a white table cloth type of place, so you will be out of place in... More

The atmosphere is very nice and romantic. The food is great. Best tortilla soup I have ever had. The steaks are really good and my husband loves the tenderloin. A little pricey but not anymore than any other elegant steakhouse.

From beginning to end this dining experience was absolute subpar to our expectations. Being a couple of foodies and new to Temple we have been desperately looking for a restaurant worth spending our money at and unfortunately have been thoroughly disappointed again. Cheeves Bros is an overpriced, wanna be upscale establishment. Having two limousines parked outside gave us the impression... More

We love to go to Cheeves and eat in the bar. Food is very good and they have a pretty large bar food selection to choose from. I had the Chicken pot pie which was good but really rich and heavy cream tasting. Started with the lobster bisque which we almost always get. This night it wasn't quite as good... More
