The food is tasty but not what I'd call barbque. We had brisket, pork loin and ribs. Pork loin was my favorite, it was moist and with their sissy sauce mmmmm. The cream corn is good as well. It could've been cleaner and the staff more friendly. For a quick meal it's above average but not by much.

We stopped by Rudy's just for our BBQ fix before leaving Texas at IAH airport which is about 15 minutes away. Rudy's BBQ is not the best there is, but it's convenient, quick service, straight forward ordering and friendly services made up for the average meat. Well, almost but not quite. The brisket was too dry, ribs not tender off... More

This is my first visit to this particular location, but I've been in Rudy's in several locations. This particular visit the establishment was very busy, they were out of two of the items that we wanted to order (1/2 chicken and prime rib) though the signs still indicated that these items were available. I was with family members (8 of... More

Rudy's is not our most convenient choice for BBQ, but I do try and stop by every time I am in the neighborhood. The place is usually crowded at peak times so I would recommend you try to find off peak opportunities.

This was our first visit to Rudy's BBQ in Spring, TX, 20806 I-45, north of Houston. The business model is pick out your drink from iced troughs, while winding your way through the line, reading the menu on the wall, picking out your cold 'sides', then ordering at the counter. They offer traditional sandwiches, or you can purchase meat by... More

We eat here on an average of once per month. Love the sauces. Staff is pleasant, meat is very good. Ribs are excellent and we are partial to the jalapeno sausage. Very rarely do we order sides, so can't really judge them. Wide variety of iced drinks. Love Rudy's.

We also love Rudy's off of the I-45. It's on our way home from chirch so it's a no-brainer to stop in for some delicious BBQ anything. Family style seating on picnic benches lends itself to the casual atmosphere. Great potato slad too!

This was one of the best brisket sandwiches I've ever had. The sign says Rudy's Country Store. I was expecting some like Cracker Barrel. This is strictly a restaurant. There was no store in it.

The restaurant is clean, the food is good and the staff are friendly. There's a good selection of condiments in the food seems to be of good quality. There's plenty of space to sit with a large group or find an isolated quiet spot. Recommended for someone who likes barbecue and brisket.

I have been here many times and have always had a quality experience. Good food, efficient at moving the line, great selection of choices - always clean and a lot of help to have a space ready for the enxt people.
