We've been going to the Turtle Club for decades and stopped by last night. Great drinks, service and band. Too much fun!

I have heard about the Turtle Club for a long time but never went, mainly because it is very hard to know where to turn off NASA Rd.1, and I was unsure of finding it. However, I finally went with friends for the pork chop dinner--$8 for a pork chop, some fried potatoes, and maybe 1/2 cup green beans. The... More

Such a no frills and quaint club. You really get to mingle with the locals. Cook your own steaks, chicken or seafood on big grills on the dock. Excellent view of the water and cold beer. I hear it is closing forever this coming December which makes me sad.

Met a friend at the Turtle Club, ordered drinks, enjoyed watching the boats cruise by, then before I knew it felt intoxicated... WAIT it was just the fact that the whole bar is on a BARGE. Was a great way to start the evening... bring your sea legs!

How do I start this? December 2015 I was with a group of people on a pub crawl in this area. We hit the Turtle Club and it did not impress. Almost every review of this place was negative and it lived up to the reviews. But my brother-in-law (who lives in the area) noticed they advertised a Wednesday night... More

It seemed as though we did not get good service even though there were only 10 to 12 people in there. Real pricey drinks. Would not go back.............

This is the most unique bar around. It floats on the waters of Clear Lake and has the best pork chops ever on Thursday nights only. Come have a drink and listen to music every night but don't miss the Thursday night meal. The best part its only $7 with two sides!!

Friends recommended this place. Laid back atmosphere. Live band playing, playoff game on and just an enjoyable place. Everyone was very friendly and the service was good too. Nice hideaway thats a must visit.
