Great food! Its a small place and we always have to wait but super good food so worth the wait. Wife had blueberry pancakes and I had the fried shrimp. Shrimp are large and absolutely great. Pancakes were very good also. Wife is the cook, husband and daughter are the wait-staff. They had a third waiter today, first time that... More

Good, fresh fish in an informal, small space. The cheese cake desert look absolutely delicious. We were too full to order desert. Highly recommended. Cash only.

This is a flat out great breakfast place. They also serve lunch but none of us ordered lunch dishes. The biscuits are incredibly light and airy, and I've never had a better shrimp omelette. The home fries are great too. My only caveat is I would say the coffee is very good but not excellent, as it's not as robust... More

Young waitress seemed New. A bit hesitant. No problem. Everybody starts sometime. 1 had breakfast: pancakes, eggs, sausage. Got what you expect. $10.99. Bit much. 1 had fried shrimp. 4 ginormous shrimp. Dark skinny fries, nice Cole slaw on lettuce leaf. $14.99. Bit much. Shrimp was the star as it should be. 6 or 7tables in totally unprepossessing building. All... More

Remember where you are, a beach vacation island in the winter. 2 pancakes, 2 eggs & 2 patty sausage for $10.99, is not unrealistic. I appreciate your comments and hope you will try our BBQ on your next visit. More

Friends suggested we try Frankie's for lunch on a Friday. Turns out Frankie's is only open Friday, Saturday & Sunday. And hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. But what a treat! We'll be back again! Wives each had fried shrimp, friend had shrimp omelette, and I tried their big breakfast menu -- pancakes, eggs & bacon. Shrimp were huge!... More

Well...Back at Frankies again. The fish and shrimp are to die for. Again, the BBQ guy(Lance is his name) is outside selling incredible food. Daytime food from Frankie and nightime BBQ from the same place. Best of both worlds all wrapped up into one little eatery. Thank you both for keeping Port A fed.

Decided to try Frankies in the late afternoon to hopefully avoid the wait so many people talk about in their reviews. We were successful as there was only one other couple there upon our arrival, but was full by the time we left. I had the pancakes w berries and a side of sausage. Both were very good, the pancakes... More

A shrimp omelet? Really? Yup---and it is delicious. So were the potatoes that accompanied it. Frankie's is a whole-in-the wall that is easily overlooked but it is a "must do". Not cheap, but well worth the money.
