I love Rosa's and the lunch was up to Rosa's standard. Good food, quick service in a clean restaurant.

This place was across the street from my hotel stay at La Quinta. The food was hot and delicious. Forgot what I ordered but it was the fajita with guacamole and beans.
This place was a pleasant surprise. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was expecting a down and dirty quick lunch with no frills and instead found a clean friendly atmosphere with great food.

The food is great, Taco Tuesday is less expensive to buy the special of the Taco plate. Very authenic atmosphere and very good Mexican food. Great for large groups, which we have gone with several times.
Always the same great quality anywhere, any time. That can be a very good thing, compared to spotty quality elsewhere. Not fine mexican dining, but always good food fast.
