Must eat. Portions are great! We sat out on the patio. Most want to set inside the actual cotton mill. It's amazing that a place that once manufactured cotton is now a restaurant. Would eat there again!

The Gristmill is the ultimate tourist restaurant in Gruene, Tx, but, they manage to keep it a very nice place to go. The food is always very good, service is very good and the atmosphere is exceptional along the Guadalupe River. I highly recommend it.
