Seriously what happened????? Last visit for son's bday in May was stellar 5 star review, from perfect whiskey sour at bar (great hair bartender), amazing service from waiter and impeccable food, this Friday night was the worst ever all around, extremely extremely sad! The food here is excellent. Unfortunately the pizza oven was getting serviced that night so we could t have pizza—which is fabulous here, however you can’t go wrong with any of their pasta dishes either. Our service was fantastic. I would definitely go back

My family came here for my birthday because of the great reviews from TripAdvisor and they are not kidding......the food is amazing and the service impeccable. Portions are big and tasty....... we loved the calamari/shrimp appetizer (the breading was so fluffy and light) and the...Burrata pizza was sooooo good. The in house gluten free dessert was delicious, you couldn't tell it was gluten free. All the dishes we ordered were great and we would definitely come back with friends & more family. We dined here for a business lunch over the holidays -- about 20 people None of us had been to Fiamma before, but by the end of the meal we were all raving about this restaurant! James, who is the manager, assisted me with planning...the menu for our luncheon and was there to greet us as we arrived for our lunch and made us all feel welcome and comfortable. Our courses consisted of appetizers (calamari/pizza) for the table, pasta or soup as the primi, and the secondi which was veal or chicken. Dessert was tiramisu. The entire meal was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and the portions were very generous --- ie. BIG! The gnocchi were so tender, and melt in your mouth and the sugo was savory and fresh. I had chosen the veal as my main, and it was tender and succulent. The veal was platted with seasonal vegetables which were also crisp, fresh and delicious! The tiramisu portions were huge and SO GOOD. The cake was fresh, light, and fluffy and perfectly sweet. My group of colleagues had no complaints and are completely in awe of Fiamma! Many of us have recommended this restaurants to colleagues and friends since visiting. I personally can't wait to return! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.More
Last evening I had a perfect and amazing dinner, with a wonderful welcome,the service was very great, and exquisite food fiamma restaurant is the right place to come back.
If I could give this restaurant a higher rating, I would! I was turned on to to Fiamma by friends that are regulars there & my wife & I are extremely glad that we did. We had a reservation this past Saturday evening with another...couple & the experience was truly memorable. When we arrived, we were greeted at the door & shown to our table. We ordered cocktails from our server Sonya who could have not been more pleasant; she was cheerful & very knowledgeable when it came to serving us. Our guests had several dietary requirements which the Restaurant accommodated without hesitation. The food was amazing; very artistic in the presentation & the taste dazzled our taste buds. The ambience is elegant but not stuffy & the staff made our experience comfortable & enjoyable. The Manager even came over to our table and chatted with us briefly ensuring that our experience was a positive one. If you haven’t been to Fiamma yet, I suggest that you give it a try, this is hospitality at it’s finest!More
I've been to many Italian restaurants around the GTA and I was quite disappointed with this one. Although the food was delicious, the service was awful. When we walked in, there were many available seats but the GM took his time seating us when they...saw that we weren't their traditional Italian customers. When customers walked in that he knew, they would be seated right away, with waitresses automatically brining over appetizers and drinks. At this point we hadn't even had our drink order taken, yet people that showed up after us had bread and appetizers on the table. For every 3 times that a waitress would go over to another table, they would come over to ours once. I ordered water to drink as I was driving, which I was later charged 12$ for (6$ per bottle). I did not ask for bottled water and was quite angry about this. Waitresses should not automatically assume that customers want to pay 12$ for flat water when it is the same as tap. My frustration grew as the waitress continued to take her time when helping us. If the same food was at a different restaurant I would recommend it. If you aren't from Woodbridge or full on Italian, don't bother going here.More
The food was plated artistically. The sea bass feature was out of this world. The service was beyond amazing. There wine menu has something for everyone.
Back again for a wonderful night, started slow as our table wasn't ready, James sat us at the bar and then all uphill from there. My sons birthday drink a Whiskey Sour (perfect) awesome bartender gentleman nailed all our drinks and woo'ed us for dinner....Table ready in a few minutes and Timo was on the ball. Over all excellent food, service and memorable as always. Please please keep up the fantastic work and we will be telling all our friends! Just awesomeMore
