Met friends for dinner after restrictions lifted during Corvid19. Staff and servers were very cordial and accommodating while making sure we felt safe specially our server Aubry. Servers wore masks and gloves and practiced all sanitary policies in place. Food was great as were our drinks. Keep up the good work and stay safe staff.

visited the lodge for an annual meeting of a civic club. As group meals go, this was a very good experience. Coconut Shrip apetizer was great, as was the teriaki glazed chicken and rice main course.

Lake Breeze Ski Lodge is pure Americana. The food is good, but the service is slow. For the customers at Lake McQueeney, that's ok because they are on "lake time." It's the only place around where you can dine on the water's edge. There is usually a great breeze coming off the water. There are boat slips, ski lessons, a large pool and a children's playground. Their frozen margaritas, called "lodgaritas" are world famous, but don't drink more than two!!

We experienced the worst dine in ever.
No one greeted nor card us.
Waiters took our dine in order brought our drinks, 5 minutes later, waiter told us they don't serve non members.
We left the sight embarrassed.
They should card people at entry.

We totally enjoyed a wonderful Mexican food buffet and then a delightful water skiing show by local kids and their dads. The neatest thing was the wholesome family atmosphere and seeing so many people just having a good time together. We did not stay in a motel room at the lodge, but the food and show were both great!

The lodge is private but if you know a member you can use it. It has been owned by the Miller family since inception. I have been going there since the 80's and my wife before that. Open air restaurant and seating but it also has a closed a/c section. The bar is a throwback to late 60s-70s with some upgrades. It is a family place pure and simple. Since Lake McQueeny is now a private lake also, meaning there are no public boat ramps, you have to use theirs. The food is comfort food and the nachos are a fantastic staple. Gas, boat dock, ramp and rentals. I have never stayed in the rentals but I have heard they are the same era as the bar. I like the place a lot. Simpler times with family and the water.

Met with a group of friends for Friday dinner. Staff is so friendly. Food served in a timely manner. All happy with choices. I had wings that, while not super spicy, had a great taste and a nice crunch.

Ordered breakfast tacos of bacon and egg. I got bacon, egg and cheeses. Not the best taco but not the worse. Tortilla was from a grocery store and not fresh.

This is a perfect place to go to on any day and it’s fantastic for holidays. Even with a sprinkle rain coming down we still had a great meal and enjoyed the scenery. Chef Dave and his wife Becky have been running this kitchen for many years and do an excellent job. Don’t get me wrong, they have a great every day menu too. Today the buffet had: pork tenderloin bake, grilled chicken, shrimp and crab bake, the cheesiest of mac and cheese ever, squash medley, brocoli salad and many more yummy items. For dessert Dave made an Apple Crisp with soft serve ice cream along with several different cakes. They have a full bar and hands down the best margarita this side of Mexico. It was a perfect day even though the weather wasn’t perfect.
Mom and I have been coming here since I was in high school and that’s a very long time. Buzz Moeller has been the owner for as long as I can remember and is still very involved. You can never have a bad day at Lake Breeze. It is a private club but worth checking out. You can get there by boat or car. It is set back in the 60’s and hasn’t changed a bit. Super kid friendly and everyone has a great time in the pool. You need to check the schedule to find out what days they have ski shows and what time fire works are displayed.
Give them a call and ask about all the particulars.
