The atmosphere here is pub-perfect! The nights where live music is played it can get busy, but there's plenty of crooks and crannies to sidle yourself into and enjoy the music, a pint, and a game of darts. Great choice of drinks. They do offer food, but we've not ordered any. The patrons are respectful, a mix of young and... More

Some friends and I went after work for happy hour and dinner. The atmosphere was fantastic. It's in a historic building in downtown McKinney, so it's full of charm. A true irish pub. It took me to Ireland when I walked through the door. The happy hour specials weren't as great as some other local places but they offered $1... More

Just what you would expect for an Irish Pub and you will not be disappointed. Charming, cozy and at times loud but that's why you go here.

Neat little pub that has an authentic Irish feel. I was only here for a beer so i can't comment on the food but noticed plenty of people were eating. Everything that passed by looked fantastic. Will definitely go back!

We stopped in here for a bite over the weekend while walking the square with out-of-town relatives. I didn't expect much - I just figured it would be standard bar fare with a decent selection of Irish beers. Whoa, it's so much more! The service was impeccable, the menu offers a great selection of Irish favorites, sandwiches and appetizers and... More

This was my first visit to The Celt because I live about an hour away, but a good friend of mine goes every Tuesday night like clock work and is always trying to get my husband and I to join. Well he finally got his wish, by hosting a birthday party for one of our friends there, and I am... More

We loved our meal at the Pub. The food was fantastic and the prices were reasonable. We were there for lunch and had the Cheddar cheese smothered pub fries. They were great! They had some type of seasoning that was very tasty without being overwhelming, and it was piled high with yummy cheddar cheese. The portion was huge and my... More

Londoner, Churchill's, now The Celt. Great Staff. Always accomodating and helpful. Ownership is great, Nick is still working there, my oldest always has to visit there and get Curry & Chips. Cold Harp on tap. Local beers and a great fireplace upstairs by the bar.

Took our out of town friends in for the authentic fish and chips. Great pub atmosphere and our friends enjoyed the bangers and mash as well.
