I'd give this 3.5 stars if I could. By standards of TX I am sure you could get better food but this place is nice enough. Pretty old school decor but some nice dishes to try. The dips are good too.

We stumbled on this place by driving by and seeing a parking lot full of cars. The exterior might give you cause to pass on by but a full parking lot sends a message. In addition it had the local Rotary Club sticker on the window so I suspect they eat there. The food was excellent, served hot, and it... More

On the west side of town and worth the short drive. Lots of locals which is always a good sign. Food came out fast and HOT!

Go to the Dairy Queen, Stripes gas station or anywhere else in town. After 45min wait for our food, my wife's tacos had refrigerator temperature ground meat. After sending back to kitchen the cooks simply microwaved the entire plate into mush. Will never return.

My sister and I were in Marfa for four days/nights, and took in as much as we could! We loved all the art, the people, the clouds and the blue skies. And we loved the food! We ate a bunch of delicious meals in Marfa, but our favorite was Mando's, just plain and delicious Mexican food. We came for breakfast,... More

We came into town looking for some place to eat and the first few places listed weren't even open for lunch. We passed Mando's and saw a bunch of border patrol cars in the lot. I will take the word of these guys to know good food in town! They were fairly busy at the time and a little understaffed,... More

We had enchiladas, a hamburger, and tacos, and we waited a long time, but that is because it is one of the few places open on a Monday or Tuesday night and a lot of people eat there. Food is average, more like fast food, but it was open.

We needed an early morning breakfast and Mando's filled the bill. Service was friendly, fast, and the breakfast burritos hit the spot. There aren't many places (at least on a Wednesday) that are open early so we were very grateful. We would eat there again, and yes, we know our breakfast burritos.

We ordered and the food sat on the heat table for pick up and got very cold. Very minimal if you really like good Mexican but seemed to be popular with the locals.

Recommended by our hotel, it was a deception. The sauce for the chips was too spicy. The rice was all mushy.
