This is where you go when you want good cajun food. Good for lunch or dinner. Decent prices and generous servings. Hard to choose what to eat because everything is good.

Superb experience. Clean and neat small venue; Excellent service by Zane. Food was absolutely delicious. Zydeco gumbo was a home run. Hank Williams Senior meal was plenty and verrrry tasty. I will visit again. 5+ for taste and service.
I eat here every time I am in Longview. The food has always been fantastic and abundant. The service is top notch too! Anything Cajun, it's as authentic as it is good. The Hank Williams Senior Is what I like, Jambalaya, crawfish pie and File...More
Love their food, small quaint place with authentic cajun food. Love the blackened catfish! Tables with checkered tablecloths, very casual
The crawfish pie with smothered etouffee is excellent! The food is always fresh and hot. This is a true southern Louisiana Cajun style restaurant. Do not pass up on the dessert. The banana pudding is incredible, but all of the desserts are wonderful!

I guess you can say, I'm a regular but before I was I learned really quick how good the food was. You have to try the Crawfish Enchiladas and the Hank Williams Sr. and before you leave Strawberry Pie.

I love their boiled crawfish in season, as well as their crawfish etouffe! Fried pickles were *definitely* in order as well! The waitstaff is always friendly, attentive, and courteous!
