PRO's: This citywide chain of Tex-Mex restaurants puts out dependable, average quality food. The margaritas are fair and the hot sauce is hot in taste but lacks spiciness and texture. After each visit, I promise not to return but since we live nearby and friends like it, we visit several times a year. CON's: The food is average and car... More

This restaurant was recommended to us during our stay in Houston from our Hotel Concierge. It was outstanding, delicious, excellent service and terrific margaritas too!

Again, we were pleased with the food at Cyclone Anaya. We both had chicken dishes that sizzled and satisfied. We have enough take home for two more meals each. Very tasty and fresh. The chicken was juicy.

Well. Honestly we were going to eat at another place nearby. It I could t even park there. So crowded. So..... we drove on down the road and found this place. Pleasantly surprised. Good food. Guacamole and salsa were excellent. Husband had the chilaquilles plate with brisket. I had chorizo and eggs. A little pricey for breakfast, but overall a... More

ok. so I'm not a massive Mexican fan. but I was told this place was great. the only thing great was the tortilla chips and the queso cheese and salsa. main food was appalling and gooey and stodgy and just horrid. I left it all.

Brunch with family of 4 adults and for $100.00 it was a little steep. I had the American breakfast which was a couple slices bacon, scrambled eggs, potatoes and flour tortillas. Food had flavor . Service was nice but it was not busy and had to ask for tea more than once and sauce ( which never came). It is... More

Every once in a while a Texas boy just needs a cheese enchilada fix. This is the place in Houston to scratch that itch. Specifically we get the Cheese Enchiladas with the Chili Ancho Sauce with rice and refried beans. We just love this dish and ate sure there must be a little Mexican Grandmother in the kitchen or for... More

This is a generic Tex-Mex restaurant in a soulless complex, The food is okay, the staff friendly, the atmosphere is uninteresting. I wasn't impressed.

While visiting Houston for a long weekend - we got lost and ended up having to look for a lunch spot. I'm always skeptical (likely unfairly so) of restaurants in strip malls - but not knowing the Houston food scene - and seeing many people entering Cyclone Anaya's for the lunch rush - we threw caution to the wind and...
