What a nightmare. Just landed in Houston and had not eaten all day. Looked up for chinese and found out about PF Chang’s in Houston. This was our first visit to town. Looking up we saw that the place close sat 2200. It was 2120...when we arrived. 10 minutes standing and waiting for the hostess, who directed us to the bar counter, adding that food would be served. We felt like ghosts as nobody would take a move to serve is. There were heaps of people but clearly they were just waiting for the gong to strike 2200. Terrible experience. And all this for the same packaged food.More

We had a carry out meal for a picnic and they packed the meal with extra care. Salmon, prawns, Asian Crispy Salad, two kinds of soup, brown rice, white rice and chocolate cake and ice cream. What a picnic! Thank you, PF for the great...food and super service.More

I have been here many times but this time the food was just ok. The waitress was kind of pushy, I am not to sure why because it was after the lunch rush and the tables were not full. We will be back, maybe it...was just an off day.More

On September 3 my husband and I had dinner at P F Chang's… Our waitress was wonderful… She had a great sense of humor and fantastic service. Our sushi was a little late coming out before meal but the drinks were good. The only problem...I had was I left my Bag from shopping and when I got back to the hotel I called but they were already closed for the evening… The next day I went because I knew that I had left my bag there and they couldn't find it… Three days later they found it… Thank you for finding my bag!More

The restaurant wasn't busy and we got a table right away. That was the only good part, the rest of the experience was horrible! The food still had not arrived 45 minutes after ordering yet 30 individual orders were picked up by various food delivery...drivers as we waited. I know this because we were seated at a booth right by the bar where the orders were being picked up. Okay, not an issue but please be upfront with how backed up the kitchen is and stop misleading your customers dining in. All we heard from our waiter was "the food SHOULD be right out". We finally gave up waiting on our order and asked about just paying for our drinks. The manager came by at that point and was condescending. He was smug and offered to waive the price by offering it for free. He acted like we should wait all night for our feast to arrive. At that point we just wanted to leave. We love P.F. Chang restaurants but this one is nothing more than a poorly run doordash pickup/Chinese takeout restaurant. Pass this particular one up and go to a different local P.F. Chang location that knows how to treat customersMore

Very disappointing experience and dinner. Arrived about 6:30 and there were few diners. Service was slow and kitchen slower. We had chicken lo mein and beef and broccoli. Neither tasted fresh. Edible but certainly not comparable to other locations. Housekeeping really needs attention. Lots of...floor debris; a dead bug on top of our booth back; exposed ceiling pipes extremely dusty/dirty.More

Came here 15 yrs ago and still the same... I like the lettus wraps.... Although is not the place to go anymore they have better food than. Most Chinese places in town
