I was invited to Pappadeaux - Westheimer St- to celebrate my birthday. I love seafood! But, I was intoxicated and I had to complete my celebration in ER with hives in all body, shortness of breath, tight throat, swelling of my tongue, and difficulties to breath.

The service was excellent Jess was fantastic, the pappadeaux fried platter, the shrimp etouffee was ok but the crawfish etouffee was spicy and delicious. A wonderful meal

The food is nice here, lots of butter in all dishes...But the price tags are on the high side. Obviously, you should get anything that is a local dish here!

This place is way crowded for good reason. The food is awesome and great service. Had coconut shrimp that were lovely and then the crawfish mixed platter of plain cooked and breaded/fried. Wash it down with a cold beer and could life be any better? Now, if only i could find a way to take that dirty rice home.

I eat at this restaurant 2 or 3 times a month. Service is friendly and food is great. I love the Cajun options with non creole touch if needed. The one located at Hobby should have a frequent diner card. I'd have a free meal or two by now.

We had a few hours to grab dinner between flights & decided on Pappadeaux. The service was good & Jessica was very nice. The restaurant was busy but we were seated & served fairly quickly. Food was good. The appetizers (huge mozzarella sticks & calamari) were actually better than our meals! I had the shrimp roll (sushi) & it was... More

The location on Westheimer North of Kirkwood very crowded and so loud you cannot have a conversation. This is not an upscale place to take family. The neighborhood does not really seem to be very good. Do not go alone after dark! Service not that good and the food is only so, so.

Very disappointing....over the last couple of years the price has escalated over 30%+ (it seems significant increase just before rodeo time). The meal I had was the "so-called lobster bisque." Lobster does not have a fish oil taste, and to cover the taste of tuna in fish oil there was an over-powering taste of onion. I've had better lobster bisque... More

Arrived at the terminal e location with great expectations even saw a huge menu at the bottom of the stairs only to find out going upstairs that Pappadeaux has been taken over. Now it is home team sports it's just another bar with lousy food and high prices in a terminal. I don't know how to review this because it... More
