Nice atmosphere, great food!

Happened upon this place by accident. Very nice atmosphere. Tables and booths. Great seafood! The boils are fantastic! Fried shrimp and sweet potato fries are exceptional. Friendly folks! Reasonable prices.

The service was great. The price was great and the seafood was delicious!! Its a great place to go for some crab boils without being over crowded and overpriced. Perfect date or family night.

Had the Sea Bass on a bed of Spinach. Great. I’ve had Sea Bass at many restaurants. Both medium priced and upscale. This Sea Bass was better than most and as good as I’ve ever had. I’ll be back.

Very Good Food, no GF Options

Cajun/Creole food is quite good here, coming from a Louisianan. Shrimp and Grits were amazing and I highly recommend... Unless you have a family member with a food allergy. I was told there is nothing on the menu for gluten-sensitive patrons.

Crab burger?

Went for the first time for dinner because the restaurant is in our neighborhood. My husband loved his shrimp scampi but my “crab” burger sliders were not very good. I expected crab cake but the few flakes on dry hamburgers were not very good. We may go back but not for the crab burgers.

Treating our Firefighters to lunch

I’m Mayor of Grand Prairie and just treated some of our Firefighters to lunch at Crazee Crab. Everyone loved their food. I had the Salmon on Cajun Pasta. It was Delicious. In addition, I tried their new Snow Crab Tostada. Oh my. I’ll get it again. I had a big group and staff did a great job.

Delightful dinner

“Hand down to a delightful yummy grill red fish with spinach!” Yummy in my tummy and healthy. The restaurant very nice decor with gazebo, lighting and beautiful color texture. Feel like a homey outdoor. Friendly waiter with smiles. I surly will come back for lunch and dinner next time!!

Busy, efficient, delicious

On a late Saturday afternoon you expect a non reservation place to be awkward. Not here. It feels local, comfortable in its benches, autographed walls and bar. Family oriented and charming. Truly delicious Louisiana seafood. Dishes range from familiar to etoufee to crab legs and spicy mudbugs with gloves lol. Do not wear a whte shirt... Fat raw oysters, plenty of choices and redfish, kids' portions and enough to take away. Team these with a smiling staff and you are a happy customer. Near i20cand 360, accessible to everywhere.

Where friends are family

Jenny and I had a great lunch here last weekend! We hadn't been there in months ... LOVE the upgrades! It looks so different, so chic. Yet still has that cozy, unique feel. ♡ We were greeted promptly as we entered the door, which is a huge plus for us. Especially when we're on-a-mission hungry and had spent twice as much time in traffic as it takes it us to get there. Everyone was cheerful and alert. Our waitress, Krystal was on-point, very polite and knowledgeable, and accepted the jokes Jenny threw at her (she thinks she's funny). 😂 Krystal was a champ and made the experience that much better. We hope to have her again, upon our return in the near future. We would highly recommend a visit. The food ... well, the food is the best part! They have some of the best crawfish, and my personal fav: shrimp and grits. ♡ The service is prompt and friendly and the whole place gives off that "you're family here" feel.

New Orleans Cooking in the Metroplex

Start with the gumbo and you will be sold on this Cajun Cooking spot. The Po-Boys bring back memories of New Orleans and the entrees just like you could get on the Lakefront. A decent bar, good service and fresh cooking make Crazee Crab a worthwhile stop.

Hidden gem

Had never been here before. Shame on us. A Cajun decor with fun background music. But the food!!! Everything was great. I was particularly impressed with the shrimp and grits. The lunch portion was very good sized and was more than we really needed. Service was friendly and attentive. Great job-highly recommend this place.

This restaurant is the best. For a guy from Louisiana it's hard to find good seafood and Cajun dishes like home. I found it here about a year and a half ago and have been coming every since. The staff is super friendly and bartenders are on point. I do and will continue to recommend this establishment as one of my favorites. Go visit!!

Always busy at night on weekends but Sunday lunch was easy to swing. Made everyone happy with varied menu for adults and kids. I like crab cakes. Ask if things are real spicy if that concerns you and they can accommodate.
